After arriving to the hotel at 12 to leave our luggage before the check in,
We came at 15.00, to take our room and put our luggage, the hotel receptionist was weird saying mais on a plus de chambre double after having confirmed to me the reservation of a double chamber, as he was very disappointed that we said to him that this work is unprofessional, he found us a room like we wanted but starting to talk alone, and saying that what can he do and this is not his problem and addressed my friend in a very disappointed and not very friendly way claiming to her that he's not even talking to her.
The point is that the service was bad there's one person that doesn't know how to talk with people and how to make wrong things pass smoothly, as he's always making the same mistake in everything you ask, but the rest was good, the room was clean not enough to get 5/5 but 3.
No tissues in the room except the ones in the toilet.
No shampoo except two small packs.
You can hear everything happening in the hotel due to the thin walls.
