The price and its geographic location led me to this hotel (€ 85 per night). The cleaning of the places is an abnormality ( the colour of liquids on the head of bed, squeezed walls, squeezed draps, mosquitoes on the windows, dirty sanitary. Take a bed bag!!!!! Because they are well Malins, they make you pay your stay as soon as you arrive to avoid any negotiation at the end of the stay. I do not recommend at all. To avoid absolutely 

The hotel is small, doesn’t have refrigerator and safe box but staff are great especially Islam was very friendly and helpful … :)  Location of the hotel is good as well close to bus stop and metro station and the neighborhood is safe and peaceful so close to two great parcs

The hotel is a 2-star hotel near the Metro and a good Monday bus. If you find it at a good price, it is a good base for a holiday in Paris.
