Small but very cozy hotel. Private kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, stove and microwave. The metro station is ten steps from the entrance. Stable Wi-Fi. There are many cafes near the hotel. There is a mini market 500 meters away, open until 2 am.

Pretty terrible hotel. Very basic, which is ok. However, conditions are pretty terrible. Lot's of moisture damage / rot in the bathroom. Loose fixtures. Very cheap materials. Sort of clean .. more or less. Dark and uninviting. Bed area small but ok. Tiny tiny bed though. Breakfast simple but ok .. I would definitely definitely not go back. I think there are much better and nicer and cleaner and more inviting alternatives nearby (ex Holiday Inn). It is cheap, yes, but not as cheap as it should be given the extremely low quality.

The hotel common areas are relatively modern, nicely and youngish appointed . Breakfast is nice , staff at reception - friendly and welcoming. Rooms are on the smaller side and old, and could be differently arranged thus be more spacious. A tiny uncomfortable shower and no hand soap at the sink.(upon asking - the young friendly guy at the reception gave me a used liquid soap container, apologizing ) . Our room at the second floor(building B) had a nice terrace, but no light so we could not use it at night. The corridor at building B was dark (even at day time) and in order to turn on the light you have to find the switch on the wall (no auto-sensory lights). Check-out is at 11:00 but they will gladly hold your belongings for a few more hours. Location can be OK : Metro - only a few steps away. The very near neighborhood looks grim at night, but there are a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets in the area . La Villette park , the calm canal , and the amazing Paris Symphony House are only a couple of hundreds meters away. We managed to stay here for four nights. And I know there were guests staying for a longer period.

The rooms are a real lottery. We had 3 rooms, one of which was very nice and fragrant, and the other two had a very unpleasant smell, one smelled of cigars, I believe that the previous guests smoked on the window, but the smoke was absorbed into room, and the third one had a strong smell / stench of houses. We didn't manage to air out the room even though we kept the window open every day and used half a bottle of expensive perfume. Simply, the cleanliness of the hotel must be raised to a slightly higher level.

Calm place but everything is really dirty, dust everywhere, spider webs on the walls, died bees in the lamp, no utilities to wash the dishes and no cleaning service at all!!! In 7 days no one came to change the bed sheets or even to take the rubbish out. Nevertheless, people from the place are nice.

Came to the City La Villette apartment by chance, I left satisfied. Well located in front of the Ourcq metro station and in the Villette district which is full of nice bars and restaurants. Very friendly and attentive welcome at reception. The room is a decent size, bedding ok, there is a kettle, coffee, tea and a few little welcome treats. Breakfast sufficient in quantity and quality. Small downside for the bathroom which really needs to be refreshed and major work to be done (loose tiles, etc.)

It is acceptable but I will not return. The photos are different from the room we had, the bathroom was awful. Everything smelled of vinegar. In this hotel you will feel that everything is set up just because, without any care, it is like being forced to do so. I found it noisy, dirty and neglected. I give it 3 points because the fact that the room has a kitchen actually saved the trip. The kitchenware was perfect and everything worked well, if it had not been for that I would not have been able to eat anywhere and that service in this hotel is the only one that is very good.

A very warm and professional welcome. A well-equipped, quiet and clean apartment where you can stay for several nights. Metro station 5 at the door of the apartment city and small local shops are a real plus. Thank you for everything!

Terrifying experience. The staff was not qualified, I had to look on the PC of the structure to find our reservations. In the meantime one of our rooms had already been occupied. We waited hours to be able to enter the room. The dirty room had become the least of our problems... But honestly I do not recommend it.

Nous avons apprécié la station de métro Ourcq devant la porte de la résidence, le calme, les commerces de proximité, les bords de Seine du quartier de la Villette et l'exposition Ramses 2 à la Halle de la Villette toute proche Mon ado a joué au foot avec les enfants du quartier au Street Park rue voisine Un grand merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et l'aménagement du patio !

La gentillesse de l'accueil nous a immédiatement séduits. Les appartements sont propres, la literie correcte. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners à l'hôtel. Le rapport qualité/prix est bien. La situation à 5 mètres du métro Ourcq facilité les déplacements.

Très chouette endroit. Le studio était propre et bien équipé. Linge de toilette dans la salle de bain et un peu de vaisselle dans la kitchenette. Un petit coup de remise à neuf dans la douche serait top, les joints sont noirs et pas top top. La superficie de la chambre est très différente d'une chambre à l'autre. Étonnant quand même. Privilégiez une chambre intérieure lors de la réservation, car la rue est très bruyante. Pas pris de petit déjeuner donc je ne peux pas donner mon avis. Un petit endroit pour se retrouver style petit salon avec bar serait sympa également Ça éviterait de squatter dans une chambre quand on est à plusieurs amis.

Franchement, pour un apparthotel à 2 mètres et demi de la sortie du métro, plein de petits restos de quartier pas chers tout près et malgré quelques réserves que je détaillerai plus bas, je suis quant à moi totalement convaincu. Déjà le tarif, imbattable et ça vaut pour le ptit dej que j'ai trouvé très convaincant, le café est excellent, les œufs brouillés cuits au rice cooker également, yaourts, confitures et thé de marque, pas du low cost. En ce qui concerne le studio, du bien et du moins bien. En hiver, le seul radiateur est à la peine, j'ai dû régler le thermostat à 22 pour avoir 19, malgré le double vitrage, pareil pour la couette d'été vraiment pas assez chaude en hiver, j'ai dû la plier en deux pour ne pas grelotter. Sinon très bonne expérience globale, site très sécurisé, et je n'ai eu aucun problème de manque de propreté, bien au contraire. À noter une solution très à la mode depuis quelque temps : le lit bizone, un côté ferme pour monsieur et l'autre plus moelleux pour madame ;) À revoir, mais c'est un avis personnel, la vaisselle, notamment un manque cruel de mug ou de grande tasse, pas cool de boire son thé ou café dans un petit bol, manque également une éponge pour faire la vaisselle normalement. Gérante sympa et à l'écoute, je reviendrai très probalement souvent.

Decidimos elegir este alojamiento por su precio justo y su ubicación en la misma boca del metro (parada ourcq). Edificio muy tranquilo. El personal del hotel súper amables, aunque son jóvenes y seguro que les queda mucho que aprender. El desayuno para mi gusto bien, bollerías, café, zumos, quesos, lácteos, pan, revuelto. La apartamento/habitación como en todo Paris son justo de espacio, cocina pequeña, baño pequeño y cama normal. Para mi perfecto para descansar, darte una ducha y salir a disfrutar de la ciudad. Puedes cocinar en el apartamento, pero tienes en la misma calle toda variedad de restaurantes. Estaba todo limpio, la única cosa que deben de mejorar es cambiar las toallas y limpiar la habitación. Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches y no vinieron ningún día a limpiar, para mi no es problema siempre y cuando no me cobren este servicio al final de la estancia. En líneas generales recomendable con la mejora de la limpieza.
