The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great, very close to the Louvre Opera House and Lafayette. The staff are polite and friendly.

It's cold in winter and the heating is loud. It seems to be newly renovated, the color scheme is pretty, but the smell is a bit strong. The breakfast service was very good and the coffee was very good.

The newly renovated style is relatively big. Although the room is small, the location is very good

Quiet location and close to places to visit in Paris such as the Louvre, Châtelet or the Opéra Garnier Galeries Lafayette. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops, and we are also in the second Asian district of Paris after the 13th. Decent space for one person per room, it's small. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, flow and hot water very well. But the room has no kettle, coffee, fridge, except a small TV whose remote control did not work. Soap in the bathroom only. In the closet you can use 2 more pillows. My room had an inner courtyard, which was a bit dirty because of the pigeons, which nest there. I didn't have breakfast, but they don't have a dining room, it's just a small area attached to the reception. Pleasant and young hotel staff, with night reception. The room key is not electronic, you have to leave your key when you leave.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very old and very old, the rooms are small, and the breakfast is very simple, but the overall experience is okay, the service is average, and the sanitation is average. You can stay when the price is right.

Really don't live here, there is no advantage other than the convenience of the location! It is very old and very old, and you have to turn the key when you go out, because the key is old-fashioned and not credit card! The most important thing is that the wifi is so slow that there is no wifi for two nights!

Asian male front desk is very annoying, presumably Chinese. Speaking English seems to be killing him, and his attitude is poor. When we checked in, no one told us that the check-out time was 12:00. We got up and went out to play for a while and came back at 14:00 the next morning. The front desk told us that we checked out over time, and stood behind the French The person manager just said it, what's the point of you being a black face at the front desk? ? On the contrary, the French guy at the front desk who checked in on the first night was very nice, and the environment is generally in a good mood because of the good attitude of the front desk. When he checked out, the Asian man was really disgusting.

I don't know what the smell of the bathroom is, but it smells like mold? ?? I did. It was pretty tight. It's an old hotel, so it doesn't feel clean and clean, it's like a French hotel.

The manager is extremely rude. This hotel is trying to blame me for the drain in the shower not functioning. It flooded my room and my husband and I had to pack our things and move. I still had wet hair. I didn't do anything other than take a shower. The shower is designed without a door or any raised ledge to stop water from flowing out if the drain is clogged. I didn't see that the water wasn't draining because I was busy washing my hair and assuming it was functional. I just got an email continuing to blame me. I have never heard of a hotel blaming the guest for something broken on their property before. I've actually never encountered this type of issue before. I guess this is what I get for trying to get a bargain at a cheap hotel. It's truly unbelievable. My original review is missing as well When the shower drain in my room broke and flooded the room, they expected me to pay for their faulty plumbing. They didn't even notify me at the time and waited to tell me at checkout. I obviously dispute the charge because I did nothing but use the shower normally. The manager lied to my face, claiming I told her it was my fault and that I took a half hour shower. My husband heard and also told her she was lying. I will never book with this company again, they stole 100 euro from me for their property not being functional and giving me a shoddy room. They have even doubled down and sent me further communication continuing to blame me for their issues. They really ruined my trip to Paris.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Paris for a birthday weekend. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great central location, wonderful friendly staff, lovely decor and a boutique hotel feel at very reasonable prices. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need, making the most of the available space. Breakfast is nice and relaxed in a beautiful little area with cafe style seating. The coffee is superb! This will be our hotel of choice next time we visit Paris. A big thanks to all the lovely staff who helped make our stay so special.

We couldn't be happier about our stay here. I think we had a medium sized room which was very roomy and comfortable. In the morning we were greeted by Kim who worked the front desk, she was helpful with all our questions. The location was great, the Palais Garnier Opera House, the Louvre Museum and the station to catch the short train ride to the Palace of Versailles. Walk towards the Opera House and get your simcard from Travel Wifi where you can also buy your VIP pass to the Palace of Versailles. Highly recommend

It’s a pretty well located hotel near all the attractions and close to a train station. The hotel is new, however if you have luggage is much better that you book a bigger room than the one showed in booking (it’s too tiny). They have bigger rooms so you have a lot of options. Service and attention is wonderful.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, walkable distance to subway and several bus stops as well as to some of the main attractions in the city like Opera Palais Garnier and Louvre Museum. We stayed in Jr Suite and it was with reasonable size. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. There were 2 working AC in the room and in addition we had small kitchen box with fridge and stove top. I definitly recommend this hotel if you decide to explore Paris.
