I stayed because the reviews were good, but it was the worst hotel.There were a lot of ants inside and around the kettle. At first, I didn't complain because we arrived late and I didn't want to ruin our trip. When we went for breakfast in the morning we were told we couldn't have breakfast without any explanation even though we asked about it the night before. The reception staff were rude and not interested in helping us. The unreasonable rudness here is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. We both feel the front desk staff's attitude, tone of voice, and service spirit were the worst.

Pretty small

Hello! Completely misleading and false photos. A room like this, especially with this type of bathroom, should never accommodate people. I have never stayed in such a disappointing hotel! The bathroom was a joke, with no shower stall and the smell in the room was extremely unpleasant, something similar to Disel... I asked the employee to come up to see and not only him, but another person agreed that it was unpleasant! I simply arrived and turned around, disappointed that there was no refund, as even the employees agreed with me about my complaints. The only good memory of this place is their excellent service!

The service is very good. The boss is Chinese. The transportation is very convenient.

We liked the hotel. Very clean. Small but cozy. Very convenient location: close to two metro stations, shops and eateries.

Room very bathroom. Dust everywhere, mold in the shower, the TV socket sizzling and sparking. Fan full of dust. Major cleaning to review.

Convenient location, clean room

Hotel is located in a nice place in Paris, close to shops and eateries. If you sleep on the street side of the hotel, don't forget to bring ear plugs in as it is quite noisy at night, especially on weekends. For the rest, the staff was correct and the hotel room was tidy.

Door lacked insulation, so everything in the hall as audible, bight and day. The bed linen was torn and the blanket poked through in places.

We arrived and it was so hot. The room has no air conditioning and the fan wasn’t even on so it was so hot. The toilet barely flushed and I would have to hold it down for 30 seconds each time. The sink was so plugged that gunk was coming up from the drain. The day we were supposed to checkout the front desk guy came in our room at 10:30 while my family and I were sleeping. We were supposed to checkout at 11. Very inappropriate as he didn’t even bother to knock. Super disappointing hotel and stay

The rooms were small, very small, which we expected. However, the beds were tough to sleep in, and the main issue was the hollowness of the rooms. We could hear anytime anyone left their rooms, as though they were entering our room. Hotel itself was kept tidy and it’s what you’d need for a cheap stay overnight in an expensive city.
