Brilliant hotel, apart from the good location and 24/7 desk with friendly staff nothing is particularly special but this is perfect for a budget trip the area is nice and so is the hotel. This makes a great choice if you aren’t bothered with the bells and whistles just want somewhere pleasant to lay your head. It’s a solid choice!

Stayed for four days. The first two nights, the heater was not functioning. Unable to sleep at night because the room was very cold. The hotel staff came and fixed it on the third day. The hotel is very near to the metro. There are great grocery stores nearby.

Great location because the metro is right under the hotel. You can move around easily on foot even if it is not right in the center.

The location is very convenient, 1 minute away from the subway entrance, and there are many supermarkets nearby. But the toilet smells very bad, and the pillowcases in the room are stained. The room has no air conditioning, it is very stuffy, and the room is much hotter than outside in summer

It was very convenient, as it was located immediately to the right after going up the stairs at Exit 3 of Metro Line 3.
There are quite a few people on the subway even late at night and early in the morning, and I don't have to walk along the streets at night to the hotel, so it's easy for a woman to get around alone without worrying about being scared.
The staff were very kind and quickly helped me when I was in trouble.

We were travelling together as a couple and the hotel was adequate for that. There was a good connection to the subway and many shops nearby that were relatively inexpensive. It was also clean and the service was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend it for a city trip.

Very poorly maintained rooms. Little attention to cleanliness. They are not dirty but are cleaned to the minimum necessary. The rooms are small. We had a room on the fourth floor so we don't hear any noise from the street but we hear everything that comes from the other rooms. We needed one night as a pit stop but for multi-day holidays I would not recommend it. It all boils down to saying the more you spend, the more you have.

A hotel for those with few demands and a lot of adaptability. It is clear that there has been a renovation in the past, but they wanted to make too many rooms per floor, with the result that all the spaces (corridor, bedrooms and bathrooms) are narrow and the walls are actually very thin partitions that will make you feel even the smallest sigh from your neighbors. The conditions of the furniture are the same as those of the facade: it is all crumbling, chipped, dented. Sheets not very clean, with stains, lint and various hairs; housekeeping should consist of much more than making the bed and changing towels. I would also like to point out that the photos do not totally correspond to current reality. Among the positive aspects: the metro stop in front of the hotel and the helpful and kind staff. My vote would be a poor pass.

I don't know where the positive reviews are coming from but this hotel is horrible. Completely dirty, disgusting rooms. Not prepared even though we were sent a message beforehand. Hair and such in the bathroom. It's barely worth a star and yet. To flee completely. This type of hotel should not even exist in France.

I give one star for the metro entrance (line 3) at the bottom of the hotel. The rest: Borderline cleanliness. Furniture: dated and worn Soundproofing: mediocre (but hey, this type of hotel in Paris is often poorly soundproofed) Billing: BE CAREFUL! Different from what you pay! We are even told a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night even though the hotel is classified as 3 stars (shooting stars...) we quickly feel taken for a pigeon. Unclear billing details. In short, to be avoided.
