Splendida struttura con terrazza sul mare per colazione, pranzo e cena a pochi passi dal bagnasciuga. Personale cortese ed accorto per qualsiasi esigenza. Camere assai curate e pulite. Giudizio ottimale a 360 gradi.

Excellent holiday hotel: very nice location on a small harbour with sandy beach and crystalline waters; ckean and cozy room with sea view balcony, very welcoming and kind staff; excellent breakfast and very good food at dinner (we were on hb); very good swimming pool area and 2 tennis courts; thanks to the whole staff for making our stay unforgettable

An Hotel who has his best days behind him ( I'm pretty sure it was a nice place with good Management) and actually not worth the price they charge per night. The rooms are old but the bed is good, and the room was prepared nice and cleaned up well every day. The noise from other rooms where quite loud. Breakfast: Very bad, not enough from everything, and the staff not even tried to prepare it nicely. The "juice machine" where every day a big mess and the staff did not care about ... Restaurant: We did not try. Beach: Nice Beach, but also here Infrastructure is a bit messy and not really clean inviting. We we saw the hotel and the Infrastructure we had the feeling that they rip us of with a fantasy price. Elba is such a nice Island with many nice Hotels and places, but Desiree is definitely not the place to go!

This hotel is an embarrassment, and a rip off. The money you pay is for the beach, everything else is substandard. The food is AWFUL. With a few exceptions, the staff are unpleasant and inefficient. The WiFI barely works at all. Our showerhead had no water pressure. The seasonal labor seems to be trying hard but the place is just poorly managed. It feels like they know people are coming for the beach so they make little effort with anything else. Whatever you do, don’t have dinner at the hotel restaurant. But your money will be better spent at a hotel that earns its stars for more than just a nice location.

Una settimana trascorsa all’insegna della piacevole pace che si vive nel golfetto di Spartaia. Hotel dotato di tutti i confort. Splendido fare colazione sulla terrazza. Personale estremamente cortese. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia una settimana a mezza pensione. Purtroppo la struttura non è all'altezza delle 4 stelle dichiarate. Camera standard con sifone doccia rotto, asciugacapelli rotto e nessuna possibilità di stendere costumi e asciugamani bagnati in quanto sprovvista di balcone e di stendini esterni, armadio vecchio e malconcio con poche grucce e alcuni cassetti bloccati. Lo staff della ristorazione (colazione e cena) molto disorganizzato con attese lunghissime e molti errori, qualità della cucina accettabile ma alcune volte insufficiente. La struttura dichiara sul sito una palestra che è praticamente inagibile e sporca. Lo staff alla reception lo giudico alquanto distratto in quanto ci è stato fatto pagare il saldo finale di un'altra camera e pochi minuti dopo durante la nostra partenza in macchina siamo stati rincorsi e quasi accusati di non aver pagato gli extra...assurdo! Note positive: il Barman Angelo, molto professionale e molto competente, i bagnini, gentili e disponibili e sicuramente la location in una splendida baia con una spiaggia bellissima, piscina molto bella con acqua di mare molto curata, 2 bei campi da tennis, giardino tenuto molto bene.

Cercavamo una location mozzafiato dove trascorrere un week end romantico e l'hotel Desirée ha racchiuso tutto questo. L'hotel è incorniciato nella bellissima e suggestiva Baia di Spartaia con accesso diretto sul mare e dotato di una curata spiaggia attrezzata. Sulla terrazza fronte mare si può gustare una colazione a buffet varia e di qualità, coì come pranzo e cena raffinato. Lo staff gentile e disponibile ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta e ci ha coccolati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La piscia con acqua salata è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, così come i campi da tennis. Siamo stati davvero bene e siamo certi di ritornare. Consigliamo a tutti questa fantastica esperienza.

Hotel in una posizione favolosa…spiaggia molto bella e facilmente accessibile anche dai bambini. Camere un po’ vecchiotte ma dotate del necessario e con vista sul mare! Cena non degna di un 4 stelle…non esiste un buffet di frutta e verdura (e nemmeno i contorni abbinati ai piatti si possono considerare tali…4 foglie di insalata, 3 pomodorini e via dicendo)…in un hotel di questo livello con quei prezzi non è tollerabile! La cucina…mah…va a giornate!! Alcuni piatti buoni, altri scarsi….peccato che non propongano dei piatti tipici soprattutto a base di pesce…per assaggiare piatti tipici sono dovuta andare a cena altrove!! Vini buoni ma che stonano di molto con il livello della cucina (base). La colazione abbastanza buona e ben fornita! Pranzi con prezzi inaccessibili… Il bar della spiaggia…anch’esso con prezzi molto cari per il livello delle pietanze…molto meglio il bar a fianco (gestito da un altro hotel)!! Bagnini super carini e gentili, camerieri e receptionist anche. I miei più sentiti complimenti vanno soprattutto alle due animatrici che hanno una pazienza infinita e si vede che hanno passione per ciò che fanno. Peccato davvero per la cucina!

Posto e hotel stupendi..personale servizi e gestione non classificabile..maleducati e soprattutto completamente disorganizzati! Ristorante con personale gentile ma non in grado di gestire un 4 stelle così come il cibo decisamente non all’altezza Il bar della spiaggia costa una follia!!! Al posto di pulire continuamente il pavimento dove c’è pulito, facesse un corso di buone maniere il barman… Scortese perfino con i bambini!!!! SCANDALOSO!
