The location of the hotel is excellent/unbeatable, two blocks from the bus station (from where you can get to the beaches and other towns) and a few blocks from the center. The room is spacious, with television, air conditioning. Excellent breakfast, very varied. I expected more comfortable beds, you could also hear noises from the other rooms. There were small ants, but throwing insecticide solved it. At reception they advised me about tours, but they did not give me more information to help me get to know the place on my own.

Excelent reception! Everyone at reception was very helpful. Breakfast with many options. Nice environment, very clean. I was very satisfied with my first stay at the inn. The guesthouse is very well located

Positive points: very friendly staff and excellent location Negative points: dirty towels and the toilet seat was much smaller than the bowl, meaning that when we sat down, we touched the dishes, which was not hygienic.

The pousada is very well located, very friendly service. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as are all the facilities of the pousada. Rich breakfast. Very good option to choose from in Paraty

The Pousada is excellent, the staff are attentive and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed at the inn. It is close to the historic center, the bus station, Banco do Brasil and Santander. It is a safe and familiar place. I am very satisfied with the service.

Excellent stay! Great location, 3 minutes from the bus station, super close to the center, several shops nearby such as a pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants, we did everything on foot from the inn. Clean room and bathroom, without any type of odor, clean bed sheets and towels, ideal size room, we were 3 friends, it has a television and minibar which we used to chill our water and juices. Full breakfast tomorrow, lots of varieties and everything is delicious, super polite and kind staff, ready to help and assist you. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street and we had no problem with external noise, I used the inn's swimming pool, it was clean and a great size. We finished the schooner trip through the inn, itinerary at 10:30 am, which is different from the one at 11 am, it was totally worth it, the price we paid was the same as the one on the Estrela do Tomorrow website. Our bus left the bus station at 3:40 pm and check out was at 12 pm. We asked if we could store our bags until it was time to go and they did. Positive experience! I recommend it and would go back. Thank you to all the employees.

Em 30 anos de viagens e hospedagens mundo afora, a minha experiência com este local gerou 2 dias sem luz elétrica e água quente no chuveiro e um gerente local que nem sequer aceita falar com o hóspede. Acho que não preciso mais explicar o meu dissabor
