Overall a decent hotel. However, lack of hot water and room service could be improved. Not suitable for family stay.

Non-ac room is clean. Bed sheet, pillow covers fresh. Both hot and cold water is available. Two sample soaps given. No water bottles, paste or brush. Car parking only one or two cars. Free wifi. Tv not used but available. Staff behaviour is extremely good. For your meals, tiffin, walk a few metres or order. Overall a good experience for a short stay. Great for airport drop or pickup.

I wanted to give a bad review, but compared to the hotel I stayed the next day, this one is much better, so be lenient. The hotel decoration is very old, the rooms are average, the sheets are not clean, there are scum, hair and stroke marks. This may be a common problem in Indian hotels. As long as the sheets are not dirty, they are obviously not changed. The breakfast buffet is decent, with seven or eight food options. The price of more than 300 yuan, can live in a good hotel in the country.

Good for staying near the airport, the hotel staff are very friendly and obedient. The food is not satisfying and the amenities are good. Property location is located inside, parking problem is there.

Great location for the airport and a very authentic Indian location where you can witness the real India. Although it’s in a very poor area it’s completely safe to walk around. The ***ager and reception team were great very welcoming and professional -we arrived around 6.00pm . Sadly on leaving this morning at 7.00 am the *** on reception was not friendly and had no customer service skills - this was a first in India where everyone has been so helpful and professional

Hotel is located 2-3 km from chennai airport. We checked in around 8 pm. Sink water/tap was not working. Toilet was dirty and bedsheets, pillows and covers smelled like somebody had used it before. Went to the front desk to ask them to clean change. They did that quickly. U get 2 small water bottle. Late night could hear traffic noise/honking which woke me up. Around 2. 30 am other guests were talking loudly, could hear them close and open their doors. If someone is a light sleeper would not recommend this place. Staff doesn't help u with taking the luggage to your room. Doesn't even volunteer. Overall it's okay for an overnight stay.

It was a great hotel if u have to stay they will provide everything but the room i entered was having some tap issue but when i called the staff they came and just repaired it in 2 mins so overall i faced a bit problem but staff behaviour was freindly as they will help
