This was a return visit with a large group of work friends, the food was amazing, and service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and offered tea and coffee refills more than once. I am now thinking of booking again for a themed afternoon tea. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lawrence. The hotel is quite quirky in a really nice way. Everywhere is spotless and well presented. The rooms are spacious and really well coordinated. There’s a pretty good menu choice with gf and vegetarian options and the food is what fine dining is all about. The full English breakfast is a proper plateful of locally sourced ingredients and is cooked to perfection. The evening meal was cooked equally well. We had a steak and ale pie and a chicken, ham and leak pie on the first night and fish pie on the second night. It is really refreshing to see quality ingredients used which were cooked to perfection. We would happily stay here again

The service was excellent from first enquiry to the actual stay. The food at our Golden Wedding Anniversary meal was superb and the staff made all our plans come together. The accommodation was high quality and the whole event was topped off by an exceptional breakfast.

The Staff are all very friendly and can't do enough for you! The hotel itself is an absolute gem, with so much attention to detail. There are 2 different kinds of pillows to suit all clientelle! The beds are so comfy! We had a hairdryer, ironing board & iron, most importantly a powerful fan as it was warm! A lot of love has gone in to each and every room of the whole place! The decor is beautiful. The food is delicious and the drink selection is vast .... we were treated like VIP's! I honestly cannot wait to stay again, it was wonderful! Thank you so much for a lovely evening all of you

We had afternoon tea for 18 friends and colleagues. Very disappointing. The cucumber sandwiches were terrible. Not buttered and hardly any cucumber. They forgot about sausage rolls so offered chips when we were into our scones. Disappointing snd not cheap

Just back from a weekend break at the Lawrence Hotel Padiham. We were met with very welcoming smiles from the staff. It’s a beautiful hotel, very tastefully decorated with rooms filled with everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay. The bedding and towels are of a superior quality and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with fabulous products and cooked to perfection. The breakfast staff worked so hard and couldn’t do enough to assist you with everything you needed. We couldn’t visit Gawthorpe Hall as it was closed for the winter but the Pendleton witches museum was a great day out. Thank you to you all for an amazing stay. We will definitely be sack for more.

A fantastic spot! We stopped by for a pre-planned lunch and were delighted by the experience. The place has a charming boutique hotel vibe, a laid-back atmosphere, and exceptionally courteous staff. The food was excellent, with a touch of flair that perfectly complemented the elegant surroundings.

Wow - what an amazing venue! We attended a wedding here and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved every minute! We stayed in number 26 the evening before the wedding and all the rooms were lovely and the room I slept in - what a comfy bed! The venue itself, Josh and the team made it a wow moment when we walked through the doors to the room set out beautifully and just how the bride had wanted. The food and service were fantastic and then the night do - brilliant dj who had us all dancing all night! Breakfast the next day was so nice and good quality food is used for every meal. Just what you need for the morning after!
