The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request. Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta. To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.

Stayed at the Pine building after an all day outing at a nearby waterpark. Checking in was a breeze and the room was quiet and convenient. Breakfast was also pleasant despite the crowd.

Beautiful hotel in padalarang area. Not in centre of Bandung city. But you don’t need to worry, because the location is inside of house complex, so they have many restaurants, minimarts and other facilities. The ambiance of hotel is similar to bali’s vibes. They have slides in kid’s pool.

Perfect place for family staycation. The children's pool is so cool feels like in the waterpark. The interior of the hotel is very fancy. Love it!!

Over all, it is pleasant because the ambience is fresh and open space, the lobby is extraordinarily beautiful and majestic with its modern colonial concept. We first went to this hotel, on the recommendation of an F&B staff member when we were staying in Cirebon, it turned out that she (Sinta) was already a staff member at Mason Pine. We were really surprised, thanks a lot to Mr. Bani, Mr. Jaka and especially Sinta for your hospitality. We ordered a deluxe pine room, the hotel was not full but why were we chosen a room with a side view, when we saw there were still other rooms. The nightstand in room 1714 does not match the interior of the room. The taste of the food we ate, both at breakfast and in Samara, was delicious. We plan to go back to try another room type...see you Sinta.

It is considered the best hotel I have stayed in, but There is a fly in the ointment. When I extended my room, they did not clean the room for me. I reminded them repeatedly and no one came to clean it for me. This will seriously deduct points. The room is larger than the average and the price is relatively high. The toothbrush is very poor and the air drying is very bad. Clothes hangers cannot be hung externally, etc., they need to be improved. I hope Masson Pine Hotel will improve them. The hardware foundation is still good, but the software and service details need to be improved. There is a Vietnamese rice noodle diagonally opposite the hotel entrance that is delicious. Honestly, we prefer the old Mason (during the pandemic we often stayed there) Last week we stayed at Mason again. The children's swimming pool is dirty with lots of fallen leaves. In water play, it's even worse. Full of leaves. There are no officers standing by around the pool to clean the surrounding area. The bathroom also smells like urine... I don't know where the smell comes from, but it smells bad. Outside the room there was also the same smell of urine. Just before showering I want to iron the hijab. Apparently it's not provided. With the rates we pay, there shouldn't be any more complaints like this. Management Mason, please pay attention again
