The room was quiet, close to Lowson 7-11 Family mart and a OSAKA station. Was a great experience🙂

Location is good. It take only 10-15 mints walk from Umeda osaka station. Lots of restaurant and convenience stores around hotel. Room was very clean and updated design and size was big enough to open the bags. Price was reasonable. I highly recommended.

Location is a little out of the way, but amazing hotel for the price!

Loved this hotel. Very clean. Has all amenities and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom and shower facilities. Reception were very helpful and could speak English. Helped me to arrange my dinner reservation with a restaurant in Kobe. Location was very good with very short walk and access to metro/JR stations. Overall very happy, and would come back to stay here.

Easy to find the location of the hotel, and the room is bigger than expected

This hotel is fine. It’s close to the main area. It’s a little far from the subway but not too far.

The room is quite big, the bathroom facilities are separated from the toilet, the water pressure in the room is very strong, and it is very comfortable to take a shower~ But the double bed is made of two single beds joined together, which is not very comfortable to sleep on, and I found small bugs on the bed, not sure if it is bed bugs... The staff in the store are very enthusiastic, and they will greet you when you leave or come back. The departure time is 10 am, which is a bit early

It's completely a clock hotel. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong "up" smell. It was so dirty. The air purifier showed that it was yellow for a long time. The environment is so bad, it’s really not like these two quarrels

The service staff has a very good attitude and can provide an extra quilt. The room is very large and there is a lot of space for the two suitcases. There are chairs in the shower room to place clothes and luggage storage services are provided.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was close to Umeda and convenient for transportation, so I was able to take a walk around town after work. The room was also clean, and I especially liked the large bathroom. Thank you!

Although it is small, it is well-made. It would be a shame if it were only 30 centimeters taller. Since it is a direct distance measurement, you will have to walk further than you think. It was night so I wandered around and finally arrived. It was inconvenient because there was no mirror in the room. I check out at 10 o'clock.

Check-in was at 16:00, but I made a mistake and went at 15:00, but thank you for kindly handling the check-in. The heating worked so well that it was hot enough to satisfy me. The oden sold at the convenience store right next door is the best!

For Osaka, Japan, this room is quite big, quite clean, and has good value for money! It is close to Higashi Umeda subway station and not far from Umeda Station. It is very convenient to eat in the surrounding area. If you focus on Umeda area, this hotel is a good choice!
