Although I made a reservation on the same day, they handled it smoothly and provided great support!! I was tired, so I was able to extend my check-out time by paying the extra fee, and I was able to stay comfortably. It was good that there was a convenience store nearby.

The walls are thin and I can hear snoring from the room next door, but I only used it to drink and sleep at Tenma, so I think it's a good idea to consider the convenient location.

Although it was a short stay, I slept well in the calm atmosphere, probably because the room had concrete walls. Also, it was very reasonably priced despite being near Umeda Station. I still want to use it.

It was for business use. There was nothing particularly dissatisfying.

As the name suggests, the interior is made of exposed concrete and has mural art, making it a stylish hotel. I was concerned about the noise from the next room, but it was within tolerable limits. The wifi was weak. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

I had a great time at Hotel Land Mark Umeda. It is the best and cheap Hotel with a lot of facilities. Hotel staffs are so good and helpful. I enjoyed their best hospitality that they provide me. You can find everything near by this hotel , like train stations , shopping malls , best cuisine in Umeda and a lot of BAR and restaurants by only 5 min walk I prefer this hotel for you to make your trip more enjoyable . Anyway, the location was convenient as it was close to the station. I think the location is great. The front desk staff at the hotel are all friendly and easy to talk to. The room has a retro feel to it, but it was kept fairly clean so I didn't have a bad feeling about it. There was an okonomiyaki restaurant called Genki nearby, and their grilled green onions were very delicious. The price was not expensive, so I would like to use it again when I come to Osaka. However, I felt inconvenienced because I couldn't go to the convenience store to buy anything because the front door closed at night.

A room full of dust, a bathroom full of mold, a table-top TV that's not worth watching, you should stay somewhere else even if you spend a little more money.

10年裡我走遍了全日本,住了很多地方,這家在大阪的酒店是我以前沒去過的。就這裏的價格和位置來看,這裏真算得上白撿了,尤其是當你和另外一個人一起旅行時。 酒店最好的地方就是其位置。大概位於梅田車站街對面,走路十分鐘就可以達到JR大阪車站。酒店對面就是梅田公共汽車站,要想深入日本農村的話就需要在這裏坐車。去關西機場和去大阪國際空港的汽車也就在街對面,走路10分鐘就到。這裏還靠近澱橋照相機（電子）大樓以及Hep5（一座商廈）。 房間本身很小,但是幾乎每個日本酒店都是這樣。牆是混凝土的,有人覺得很時髦,但是其他人會覺得就是共產主義時代。然而這裏一塵不染並且感覺是全新的。此外酒店另外很棒的一點是,根據當天情況你可以最晚下午1點退房（但是一般是上午11點）。在日本上午十點前,商店都不開,所以這是個睡覺的好地方。 我唯一擔心的是這裏的除了日語以外其他語言的能力,例如英文,韓語和中文。（我不知道,因為我説日語）。服務員很友好也很有禮貌,但是這裏不是一個國際型酒店。
