Excellent, frint desk personnel is helpful, bath items was great and suitable for weather conditions, will visit and book again

Location is bit away from Osaka Station/ Umeda station. Surrounded by eaters and happening such as convenient shops. Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping was well done everyday. Just the room size is a bit small even though for two bedding. Easy to access restaurants from basement.

Hotel lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Location is great. Beside the hotel is underground link to Whity.. Room is small, but clean. 10min walk to Osaka Station and Limousine Bus Station, suitable for those who need to take early morning flight. Nearby has variety food selection such as belle-ville pancake.

this is a valuable business hotel in Umeda, Osaka. its location was good because airport limousine bus terminal is near this hotel. bus terminal is at new hankyu hotel, it takes 5-10 mins from bus terminal to this hotel by walk.

The 1st time experience at this hotel, the location is near JR Station and easy to navigate, the hotel facilities are great, especially the front-end counters services, which are excellent. The breakfast was very nice. I appreciated all the restaurant stuff and especially the little gentlewoman stuff sent the glass of milk to me while I forgot it with me. Highly Recommended. Thanks!

I have sent my request if two rooms could be next together on the same floor. However hotel doesn’t come back finally our rooms are located on different floor. So I have to bring the kids and stuff go up and down. If I could know this within the cancellation period definitely I will book another hotel. The staff who helps to proceed check in was rude which is not the traditional style of Japan.

We had a great stay and staff were very nice and helpful with arranging our luggage delivery to Tokyo. Google map's walking direction to the hotel is actually via Umeda's underground shopping mall (not the street) which is easily accessible from all the nearby train stations. Follow signs to Whity Umeda or Nomoka. When you get to the Center Mall, walk to the East Mall and walk to Exit 7-75 on the right. From here, there's a couple of steps to reach the hotel's basement entrance where you can take the lift to the lobby or your room. I like it that you need to scan your room card to get to the guest floors. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel was close to everything.
