Located conveniently near Senichimae shopping district, lot of restaurants, shops, amusement places. An adult hotel but great for staying too, room is big, clean, nice breakfast, and all receptionists are very kind and helpful

I was able to check the reservation number, but I had a hard time because the reservation name was different.

The environmental sanitation is very good, the room decoration is beautiful, and there is a jacuzzi, which is very suitable for couples.

Accommodations in Japan are, as always, smaller than in Korea. There is a gaze that Koreans are not familiar with as a Japanese love hotel. It's just a small hotel with everything you need. Room service, breakfast service, luggage storage before check-in, and luggage storage before going to the airport are all available. But I'm frustrated because I can't speak English

A quiet love hotel down a side street in Nambo. It is in the heart of the tourist area with countless dining options and lots of shopping to be found! The subway/train station is about a 5 minute walk away, making it a very easy hotel to get to and from. We caught our train to Kansai Intl after our stay with ease. Definitely recommended!

the screen on the jacuzzi didn't work, the furniture was really dusty. the A/C wasn't working for us - although here was a window we opened for ventilation. If you aren't a fan of smoke smell, you might want to look elsewhere. we didn't mind it - but it was borderline too strong of a smell for us. to be fair we did opt in for a smoking room - so I didn't expect for it to smell like flowers!

It was a good accommodation. The counter staff were friendly. A Japanese-English simultaneous interpreter was placed at the counter, and there was a basic information manual in English. If you can speak a little English, check-in is no problem. When checking in, I was able to decide whether I wanted my room cleaned the next day and the breakfast service time. Breakfast was Japanese or Western, and two drinks were included in the accommodation fee, so no additional charge was required. The room card key is for one day only, so you get a new one at the counter every day. You can call through the doorbell at the counter, and when you receive a new card key, you are asked again if you want breakfast the next day. The hotel interior and rooms are filled with a subtle ginger scent. The interior was clean, but you might think that the area with electrical devices such as outlets and room phones wasn't that clean. The room TV can be connected to a smartphone to watch YouTube, and the bathtub AVOD can be connected to a smartphone to listen to songs, but both are only in Japanese, so setup may be difficult. Dotonbori and Denden Town shopping centers are located nearby, so accessibility is very good. It's close to restaurants and bars, and there are many places open from midnight to late at night, so it's a good place to eat and drink late at night. It was perfect for a budget-friendly stay with a partner, and I plan to stay there again next time I visit Osaka.

The location is convenient, very close to the station, the staff has a translator, there is no problem with communication, I stayed for 7 nights, the breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room on time every day, the bed is big, the bathroom has a big jacuzzi, I will stay again

Overall, it was a very good hotel. However, it was a bit dusty.
