Well-maintained hotel in general, the rooms perhaps a little too spartan but overall more than comfortable. Too bad the proximity to the railway, silent at night but from the early morning the trains disturb. Excellent for a stop & go in Orvieto.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

We were passing through and checked into the hotel at 11:30 p.m. with the aim of sleeping 5-6 hours before we continued our journey. The room and bathroom were clean. But the air conditioning didn't work. it rattled so hard that we couldn't sleep. We turned them off and tried to sleep with the window open. No chance! Car and train made it impossible. In the room (four) it was incredibly warm. When we reported these circumstances to the hotel owner, he only said that we must have used the air conditioner incorrectly. He didn't respond to the repeated saying that she was rattling. He didn't even apologize or even give us the price. Actually, he didn't care! We drove on tired and not rested.

Hotel con posizione comoda, vicino il casello autostradale ed il parcheggio della funicolare. La struttura è datata, sicuramente da rinnovare, sia gli ambienti comuni che le camere. Camere e bagni puliti. Colazione nella media. Personale molto gentile.

Zoals in andere beoordelingen wordt vermeld ligt dit hotel tussen twee spoorlijnen en druk autoverkeer. De muren tussen de kamers zijn bovendien flinterdun waardoor slapen zonder oordoppen quasi onmogelijk is. De kamers zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Douchecabine is uitzonderlijk klein. Het personeel is wel erg vriendelijk maar beheerst het Engels nauwelijks. Ontbijt is niet gevarieerd. In groep werd avondeten in naastgelegen restaurant 62 geserveerd. Ook daar is personeel vriendelijk maar het eten erg slecht. Zowel hotel als restaurant zijn dus sterk af te raden.

Ci siamo fermati in quest’hotel per la comodità dell’uscita del casello e per ripartire al mattino. Non voglio scrivere cose negative ma evidenti. In camera al nostro arrivo temperatura freddissima troppo bassa rispetto a fuori. Testata del letto con un dito di polvere. Due cuscini tipo sottilette, ne cerco due nell’armadio e trovo cattivo odore, una coperta e tanta polvere. I cuscini li ho comunque chiesti alla reception non potendo chiamare perché sul telefono in camera non è neanche segnato il numero a cui chiamare per una necessità. In bagno la porta per entrarci è piccola e non si chiudeva. Per lavarsi ti danno 1 campioncino di shampoo che basta a malapena per lavarsi le mani. Ho fatto una premessa all’inizio dicendo che scrivevo cose evidenti. Andate a verificare. La gente non vuole essere prese per i fondelli. Igiene e pulizia sono le prime cose. Unica nota positiva è il ristorante 63 ottimo davvero 👍👍👍 ma non ho certo prenotato l’hotel per il ristorante ma per spezzare il viaggio.

Hotel a pochi km dal nucleo storico di Orvieto. La camera da 4 dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto grande. Letti molto comodi (duri). L'hotel si trova a 100m dalla linea ad alta velocità e quindi risulta un po' rumoroso. Personale molto cordiale e buona colazione a buffet. Ampio posteggio davanti all'hotel.

Hotel tra ferrovia (Frecciarossa in transito frequentemente fino a tarda sera) e strada, pertanto molto rumoroso con infissi inadeguati . Rumoroso anche il condizionatore!!!! Mobili e attrezzatura da bagno un po’ datati. Personale gentile. Prezzo non consono per i servizi offerti!!!

Esperienza decisamente deludente presso questo hotel. Il culmine è stato raggiunto alle 24:00 del 2 gennaio, quando l'acqua calda nel bagno è misteriosamente sparita. Abbiamo chiamato la reception in cerca di aiuto, ma il ragazzo di turno ha dimostrato un totale disinteresse, fornendo risposte evasive e addirittura affermando che il problema non lo riguardava. La scusa offerta è stata altrettanto inaccettabile, attribuendo la mancanza di acqua calda ai clienti che si lavano troppe volte al giorno... Francamente, è impensabile non garantire acqua calda in pieno inverno in un hotel italiano. Aggiungendo ulteriore frustrazione, la totale mancanza di impegno da parte del ragazzo alla reception nel risolvere la situazione e soddisfare il cliente. Completano il quadro le camere poco curate e la colazione non entusiasmante.
