NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.

Kicked us out because a house keeper lied and said we were smoking in the room terrible service and threatened to call the police on us if we weren’t out within 20 minutes

Take public transportation from the International Boulevard shopping mall to a clean and comfortable place to spend the night

This property and employees acted like they were bothered when issues were bought to their attention. There was no Wi-fi for 3 days. When asked for status, two employees argued that it was working and when proven wrong, they advised they would get on it when the company can make it out to look at it. When my shower bench was broken and could not stay in the upright position, I advised the front desk and the lady said she would contact maintenance when they came by the front desk again. I asked if she could call it in to them and see advised its not her problem and she is not paid enough to do all that and walked to the back office. When i checked out at 0430, the lady was asleep at the desk and when i asked for a reciept, she advised the computer wasnt working and come back later. Advised I was getting on an aircraft and her response was "Oh Well, Sucks to be you". I havent had this piss poor service in a very long time. I will make sure my military travel team never books here again.

-Shower courtin broken. -cockroach in room. -coffe machine not working. -bathroom door gets stuck. -nice pool -great location

room service only exchange towels, not even straight the bed; comforter was with visible dirty spots on it. bathroom had poor condition toilet seat and bath tub overall needs update

Wi-Fi access was a limited making it difficult to connect and work. Breakfast was basic and there was no variety throughout my stay

breakfast was good but air condiner not working in dining area hot. didnt get good room service curtians dirty in room and blankets on beds stand dirty not good!

I had a room with roaches and bed bugs , the supervisor from cleaning services treat me really bad , i showed pictures of everything and she told me on my face that it was not a bed bug and went straight to my room without permission and when i walked in my room was a mess the beds where all over the room and they were saying that there were no bed bugs . So i spoke with the manager and told about the situation and he resolved the problem but it was a horrible experience that room 125 was a totally mess . Duty , bad smell , roaches , bed bugs . I wastey money on this supposedly quality in.

It was ok, room was not clean which left me wondering if the sheets were but have stayed at worse. Next time id probably spend the extra $30 to stay at a place that’s cleaner.

I stayed 7 nights. 3-4 times house keeping visited the room. There is no house keeping service everyday. The air condition works very loudly. Location is good . Close to icon park and nice restaurants. It’s a silence hotel.
