The facilities are old and there are old blood stains on the sheets. Guests who may book through Ctrip will not be given a good room. The first room is close to the elevator hall. There is still some equipment on the roof, which makes a lot of noise, and the safe cannot be used without electricity. After changing the room, the safe was out of power and could not be used.

Extremely friendly staff , specifitly Leoford who supported us in parking and giving lift to city center with great tips. Great talk with city hostory, upcoming Thanks Giving Day Hotel in general clean, not really model anymore; Good parking and close to city centre

Me and my husband are from out of town and Oscar was amazing he treated us so kindly !!! His service was top notch !!! Best service I’ve ever had, Will be back for sure just to see him! He made us feel so welcomed. He referred us this amazing cheesecake it’s the best I’ve ever haddd !

Oscar in the bistro made our dining experience quite special. He was very personal and even shared his personal story of coming to the United States with us. Truly one of a kind. The food was great. The main restaurant was under renovations but the accommodations were sufficient.

Check-in with Tina was phenomenal. I explained I was here for a training and she told me about shuttle information, room service, etc. The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. I went to the restaurant and ordered the quesadilla, which was delicious. The service from Oscar even more exceptional. I am very pleased with my stay so far, and look forward to coming back in the future!

The entire staff at this hotel were amazing. Two really were exceptional, Dominic from Valet goes above and beyond. And Maria from the restaurant (who was named Employee of the year at the Christmas Party of 2024) The property itself is very nice as well. Very clean and neat

My stay at the Crowne Plaza downtown was fantastic. I have no complaints at all. Everyone was very professional from Valet to front desk and housekeeping. The food was also very good. Oscar is an awesome server. Very personable. I will definitely stay here again.
