Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

El Galleon is probably the best diving experience I have ever had. The diving is INCREDIBLE, with up to 5 days per day! The staff, from the divemasters to the restaurant staff to the folks who take care of your rooms are excellent. Great diving, comfortable beds and rooms, and also, GREAT FOOD! We spent six days in June, which is the offseason, and the way to go. A lot of our dives were just the three of us because of the season. The staff even took JUST ONE of us for a couple of night dives! Yet despite the offseason the waters are smooth, warm with great visibility. Each dive includes a divemaster who maximizes your bottom times (50-60 minutes are average) and shows you all the sights. TONS of fish, and the widest assortment of hard and soft corals and anemones you are ever likely to see. DIve sites are only minutes from the resort, with enough surface interval time back at the resort between dives so you never need a deco stop. Dollar for dollar probably the best value anywhere in the world. You've got to try this place! A reasonably short van ride from the Manila airport to the resort. You can dive the same day you arrive. Don't miss out!

The outdoor pool, surroundings, garden, and amenities are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the themed architecture, landscape, and even the common bathrooms within the castle. The availability of free amenities like the billiards, table tennis, and a gym added to the overall experience. The Wifi is also okay. However, if you have a car, be aware that parking is quite limited and occasionally locked due to its location in front of a house with a narrow gate. Clear instructions about parking are necessary, as maneuvering on the small road can be challenging. It took them a while to provide clear instructions for the parking. There's room for improvement in cleanliness, especially with bedsheets that had a lingering smell, possibly indicating insufficient drying. Additionally, the water kettle and cups seemed like they hadn't been washed thoroughly. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay there and with more improvements and the staff being more responsive before and during the stay would even make this place even better.

January 1st to 4th, 2024 DX Ocean View Room Good points: Good security. Even though it's called Sabang Beach, there doesn't seem to be a sandy beach. White Beach seems to be famous for its sandy beaches, and I was able to request round-trip transportation at the hotel by tricycle in about 30 minutes. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can also eat on the large shared balcony in front of your room. There was no one to use it, so it was always a monopoly. All the staff are kind. The food was average. Cons: Many hotels are built on slopes, so you have to climb narrow stairs. About 5 minutes from the street below. It takes about 2 hours from Manila to Batangas by car or bus. It takes 1 to 1.5 hours by ferry or high-speed boat from Batangas Port to Puerto Galera. It takes about 20 minutes by tricycle from the port of Puerto Galera to the hotel. There is a lot of waiting time for buses, ferries, etc., which is good for people who want to experience the feeling of traveling, but it takes time.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. It was assigned by Ctrip, and the previously booked room was oversold. This room is on the mountain, it is tiring to climb the mountain every day. However, the store’s service was superb and helped me solve many problems. If it's a vacation, it's not bad if you don't go down the mountain. If you go down the mountain, it will be very tiring. It takes 20p to 50p to ride a motorcycle up the mountain. Sometimes the mountain pass charges a fee, so sometimes it will be more expensive.

What an amazing place! Our trip was easy from getting from the airport to the resort. They greeted us with shell leis, a great refreshing drink, a terrific cookie and a much needed cold towel. They made us feel like royalty. They even had our names on the welcome board!! Everyone was respectful and super friendly! The food was excellent in every way! My hubby is a picky eater and he loved everything. The bar drinks were fantastic. Our massages were excellent after a long day of diving. We were glad to have that relaxation time. Our room was clean and comfortable, fluffy pillows and all. The diving was world class there was so much life everywhere! There were so many nudi’s everywhere that after the first couple of days we only took pictures of ones that were new to us. We gave our guide a hard time because we took so many pictures that we killed the batteries on our cameras on more than one dive!! So to everyone Kris, Angela, Rex, Alvin, Mark the cooks, the housekeepers, the waiters and waitresses and everyone else that took such great care of us we say…Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!!! We had an amazing time! We definitely will come back and we are already telling all our friends that they need to come see you too!
