Great everything! Pool; breakfasts, views, rooms!

I thought I had a limited budget, so I didn't have much hope when I saw the photos at first, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the service was amazing and very comfortable. Although the room was a bit old, it was also in the style of old money and very comfortable. There were few varieties of breakfast, basically Western and Japanese, no Chinese. The balcony was nice, and there was a tatami in the room for tea

The car was taken care of at the entrance and the service was very good. The room was clean and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a clean and beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff was very kind. I would be happy if the shop and bath were big. I thought it would be nice if the connecting passage to the next hotel had a roof! It was raining so...

too poor! It is very old and very humid. It is said that it is an exclusive beach, and you have to take a shuttle bus to go there. There are few employees inside, and no one can be found for a long time! I don't know the route. Ctrip made a wrong reservation for 1 person. It costs 20,000 yen to add another person and a breakfast coupon on the spot. The breakfast is very unpalatable, with few types and no scenery. 2,000 RMB a night is really not worth it..

Stunning view, walking distance to a few dinning options, beach and water activities are just across the road. The deco may a bit outdated but room is big and clean. Staffs are all very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and all food are well labelled. Even my son with multiple allergies can have a lot of choices.

Everything was amazing,the only problem is communication-almost nobody speaks other language then Japanese but people are very friendly and they try their best

Quiet area with acess to the public beach as well as on site spa and massage service. Staffs are extremely helpful when you need assistances. Room is clean and big. Good for family vaction as well as couple needing some quiet relaxing moment.

This hotel is better than I expect with service, breakfast and spacious room. Very satisfied.

We loved how friendly every staff member was. They were incredibly helpful. It was probably the best experience we've ever had at a resort in terms of staff and facilities. Unfortunately it was far to get to if you don't have a car and transportation can get pricey. There is also not a lot of restaurants around. If you like nightlife, this area is not for you. We had a poolside BBQ and it was fun and the food was great. There was a ton of options for breakfast and it was quite tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Spa programs are also good to enjoy. Staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly from the check-in time. Hotel guests can also enjoy various restaurants at Kariyushi hotel connecting to Exes at discounted rate. Highly recommended.

A new hotel with great rooms in good condition. I would love to come back if I visit Okinawa again.

Blown away by the luxe atmosphere of this hotel. Connected to many other hotels in the area where you can use their facilities, but overall I thought Exes was the best of all of them!
