Property and front desk manager Jennifer went above and beyond expectations to help me. After leaving property, I realized I had forgotten a small, but important sentimental item in my room. Jennifer went out of her way to find the item and return it to me! Jennifer was incredibly kind and caring in her efforts and I'm very grateful for it.
