Orka Sunlife Resort Hotel and Aquapark Reviews

The most expensive and worst hotel I've stayed in Turkey, no doubt about it, please don't book it if you can! Facilities: The swimming pool and water slide facilities are OK, and children still like it very much. But they are all closed at 7 pm, which is really boring at night! And we live in Building 3 (actually we walked about 5 floors), you can see that we have to walk up from Figure 1 every day, and finally walk down with the luggage elevator broken! Service: Very bad! First, the family suite booked actually has to pay extra for children, which we didn't add in all the previous hotels, and it was added by more than 500 RMB, a total of more than 3,900 RMB per night; second, the waiter had no service attitude, and didn't help us take the luggage to the room when we went there. We didn't know how to go there at all, and we had to carry it up by ourselves (the elevator was broken) Beach: If you don't have a car to go to the beach, you can't go there by yourself, the hotel only has one bus every day Food: It's just hamburger meat and cheese, the fruit is okay, there is no valuable food, it's not worth the price

The hotel is a bit remote, the room is really really really small, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. Because it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are solved in the hotel, and the kids will not feel bored as long as there is water to play. There are very few Chinese people, and more Europeans and Americans come for vacation. The hotel design is very unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the 5th floor, but our room is on the 6th floor. There is a problem with the shower. Anyway, the bathroom is leaking.

This was the worst family holiday we have ever had. Hotel not 5 star at all! We booked x2 rooms… after some arguing over this, we had a room on the first floor, the kids on the 5th floor?!!!!!! Our room was dirty, the door was broken and wouldn’t lock… three trips to reception to get someone to fix it. The shower was broken and not working, they fixed this but left all the mess and cardboard chucked on the floor in the bathroom. The shower goes between scolding hot and freezing cold every two minutes/the water is a dribble too (lots of people complained about this) no internet and the most uncomfortable bed/rock hard I’ve ever slept on. One pool and no where near enough sun loungers! Lots of drunk people allowed to get so drunk they punch things, including smashing the lift door! I am gluten free but was given a nut allergy card?! Food wasn’t great…. We all become ill with sickness and diarrhoea, it ruined the holiday. The waterpark shut when we arrived. Would I go back no never!
