Brand new hotel perfect for a business trip. Rooms are nice size and well appointed with good English tv channels. Great parking facilities and only a short walk to the old city. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks and snacks in the afternoon.

We have been visiting recently Olsztyn and stayed at this hotel for 3 days, everything was perfect, location (walking distance to the center) , room (super quiet), breakfast, service at the reception. 100% recommended.

This hotel is less than 2 years old. Located in quiet part of town it is only 10 min walk to the Old Town. Our room was very nice with huge TV and large bathroom. Breakfast was free and plentiful. Parking was 30 zl after platinum member discount. Staff was very helpful.

Recently built Hotel of high quality that has well planned and executed rooms. The Hotel Restaurant is average but otherwise this is highly recommended. Our connected family rooms fit the purpose well - good sleep for parents and children.

I was racing at the EU Age Group Triathlon Champs in Olsztyn at the end of May and stayed in Hampton with my husband and my parents. We had two corner rooms that were spacious with a large terrace. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the terrace as it was too cold (rainy and windy) but the views were lovely, overlooking the city. The rooms were modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the fridge, the kettle, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom :) The staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was included in our stay. There was a great buffet selection and a decent breakfast coffee! Twice we opted for a buffet dinner (that I believe was a special setup for the triathletes) and we had an a la carte menu on one other occasion. The a la carte menu was much more worth it than the buffet (mostly because of the price) but it was a nice touch from the hotel to organise something like that for the athletes. I went to the gym the day after the race, which is located on the top floor (I enjoyed the views and the vibe). It was well equipped for simple weight training, and cardio and there was also room for a body-weight workout. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which for us meant 10 min drive to the race location (Plaża Miejska). I'd say that the location is absolutely perfect for city center visits (there is also a large shopping center and a sports center within walking distance) but perhaps not ideal if you are going to the lake(s). For us, it worked out fine as we were able to drive, but I can imagine it could have been a challenge if we didn't have a car.

Nice hotel for mu business trip offering everything you need. Comfy stay in clean and big enough room with comfy bed, well working WIFI, tasty breakfast with good selection and 24 hours well equipped gym. The room offers free tea/coffee facilities and free water. The room decoration or design interesting. The location is good, 5 min. walk to the city center. Paid parking in underground garage. Good value for money.

A brand new hotel, with very comfortable, well appointed and well equipped rooms. Very good breakfast buffet, with a very wide choice of good products, hot or cold dishes. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant on the ground floor.

The hotel is very nice, new, we got a room with a balcony. Nice gym. Unfortunately, the behavior of the employee (gentleman) during the stay is far from professional. As a Diamond member, I did not have to pay for the room in advance when checking in, like in most hotels of this chain. The stay lasted two days. The next day, during our stay, when our room card didn't work, the gentleman at the reception said that there was no pre-authorization and the hotel's rules required payment in advance. I understand everything, I said that I will pay by the end of the day because I have an appointment with friends and I don't have time for this. When I was leaving the room in the evening, the gentleman started shouting at me from behind the counter when I was already at the door about payment.
