Hotels near Oklahoma City Restoration Church, Oklahoma City

My husband and I stayed here for one night on a cross country drive with our two pups. The hotel is beautiful and modern. It is converted from an old Ford Model T assembly plant so the whole hotel is open and spacious. We loved the artwork. The room is large, new, and very clean. My only complaint is that the room is very dark. Even with every lamp/light turned on, the room was still very dim. I can’t speak to any of the amenities as we arrive late and left early the next morning.

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.

Simply incredible experience. From the moment at check in to check out this was a 5 star experience. I was travelling solo to visit family about 20 minutes away and the staff happily helped me find my new favorite coffee shop, as well as great places to chill out for a meal and a cocktail that were friendly on my wallet with the vibes I needed. The car/shuttle service was on point and was offered before I even had to ask once I knew the direction I was headed. I got a king corner room and it was amazing in itself. Great views, comfy bed and after the cleaning staff made the bed they put my book back on the bed with the page opened to where I had left it. Nice touch!! My only regret here was that I didn't get the names of the guys working the counter and the drivers. You were all amazing - thank you. I will be back.

Please keep in mind I have NEVER had to complain about any hotel stay ever this far in life. While in town for a concert, my brother and I stayed here for two nights. The afternoon following the first night, my brother noticed red raised itchy bumps all over the back of his legs. We assumed they could only be from the hotel, as we only left one time since checking in to get food. After looking up pictures of bed bug/ flea bites we confirmed that there was no other option of what they could have been. When checking out, we showed the receptionist the pictures of his legs as well as our disgusting molded/ brown duvet inserts. They reacted very quickly and asked for no additional information as they quickly said they would comp one of the nights. Which made us assume this might be a frequent problem due to their reaction. They later told us to send in the pictures and they would get back to us on comping the second night. We were then rushed to end the conversation and leave the hotel. When I called in today to check on the status of our refund, I was told that they sent someone out to test the room for bed bugs and it came back negative. We received no call with an update and were told that we would no longer be getting the second night comped after it was promised. This situation was handled extremely terrible by staff and my brother is still having major issues with his bites days later. We also had the maid service knock on our door three times, once at 8am, 9am, and 10am before checking out at 11am (1 HOUR BEFORE REQUIRED CHECK OUT TIME) Will never be returning to this Sheraton or staying at another one ever again. This hotel delivered much more than we were expecting. Everyone was very kind, the rooms were lovely, and they even have long-term studio type rooms with a kitchen! We didn’t have time for the pool, but it was much bigger than most and looks really clean. The breakfast was amazing (it’s been so long since we’ve gotten hotel waffles lol) and they have complimentary coffee and tea out the entire day.

I agree with the previous reviewer in that the photos on the website didn't look like the hotel we arrived at. It was older than the photos. I guess I should have had a clue when I knew they didn't have an elevator. Our checkin went smooth and quick and the front desk people were friendly. Room was a good size and clean but older. It did have a closed up smell. We did have a tornado warning on the first night we were there. Never being in a warning before, we called the front desk and he told us to come to the first floor hallway and stay away from the window. Well, we stood in the hallway for the first 30 minutes and after it was extended and additional 30 minutes, I went and got chairs from the breakfast area to sit in while we waited. The breakfast was your average contential breakfast. This hotel was close to what we did in the area but probably our least favorite on our 11 day trip. If I was in the area again, I would stay elsewhere.

Put my mom up in this hotel after a very long day and a cancelled flight (thank you Frontier airlines). The gentleman at the front desk was SO helpful and accommodating and really made her stay (I wish I had gotten his name)! 10/10 for customer service.

Diamond member of Hilton, so I have stayed at a few of their properties. Booked a room for the night, on way to family Thanksgiving. After being led astray by Waze trying to find hotel, finally arrived at hotel late. Could not book my regular room online (king bed two adults) and was offered two queens. Upon checking in, they had already rebooked and upgraded us to a king suite. Thanks! Membership does have its perks. Night clerk (Chris) got us quickly booked in, with an excellent recomendation for a Restaurant (Cattlemans). Everything (room, amenities, comfort, etc.) Was wonderfull until breakfast the next morning. Coffee was cold, cheese omelette gross, biscuits hard, and gravy yech!. Only saving grace was vanilla waffle, which you make yourself. Management needs to look into breakfast offerings/quality.

Compared with domestic facilities, the facilities are a bit dated and overall very satisfied. The surrounding environment is very good

What a amazing great advocated staff!!!! We spent a night in Hampton inn Oklahoma in our way home to Georgia. My husband left his valuable watch in room in this hotel. We made a call, and they said they talk to manager. Mrs. Jasmine mailed the watch to our house in georgia. How we can say thank to such great staff. Plus we really enjoyed our stay, such amazing clean room and what a wonderful breakfast. We both thank you all!!!!
