Congratulations on obtaining one star, which reflects the level of hotel service, and specifically the reception staff. I asked about parking twice and was informed that in my case it was subject to an additional fee. I didn't use it, and yet the parking was added to the invoice. The staff was unable to inform me that parking was included in the reservation, even though the information was displayed in my reservation. However, what convinced me to give such a low review was the dubious pleasure of talking to the staff. Once again, congratulations to Ibis Styles for its customer-friendly approach and winning one star.
