After visiting this hotel, I had a mixture of emotions because I saw spacious and clean rooms and apathetic and rude staff. I have list of comments about hotel staff. First of all, I would like to highlight the very strange habit of the staff to enter the room without knocking. I was in a state of shocking when the door of the room opened and the housekeeper entered without first knocking. Second, hotel workers don't follow covid-19 protocol, and I can illustrate this with a specific example. Next to hotel's elevators posted papers stating that because of pandemic situation, no more than two people can be in the elevator at the same time. Despite this rule, three hotel employees entered the elevator while my family and I were there. When I pointed out on this rule, they just told me that this rule is not for employees. Really? I don't think so! I was really disappointed this situation. Definitely, the hotel staff should not have broken the rules. Next, the employee in the restaurant did not react to my request. It is clear that the staff should work more efficiently and professionally. Despite many mistakes by the staff, the room and pool were pretty good. In addition, the location is great.

The rooms themselves are not bad, the beds are comfortable, but it is noisy since the windows overlook the theater, and therefore the road. I need to say thank you separately for the cleaning and that’s where all the good things end. The reservation department is a complete HORROR!!! There is no operational telephone number for communication; all questions are only via email!!! Very uncomfortable !! Management should think about using mobile phones for communication much more conveniently, but let’s say thank you that at least not through Russian post. We were going on vacation from far away, the time difference was 4 hours, which made it even more inconvenient. Constant confusion in booking a New Year's banquet. Which, by the way, was not worth the money at all, the food is disgusting, but the drinks are of high quality and thank you. The announced buffet was meager and not enough for all the guests. The parking lot is too small for all the guests, too. I think this was my last trip to this hotel. When booking a vacation, I got the impression that they were paying me for going to them, and not vice versa.

A wonderful five-star hotel in the very center of Novosibirsk. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Purely. Quiet (despite the fact that it is in the city center). A complete set of everything you need for a comfortable stay - large TV, safe, ironing board, iron, minibar, kettle, hygiene items. Large bed with good mattress. Excellent breakfast starting at 6.30. The hotel has a spa area with a swimming pool and a small gym.

Lived in a junior suite. I liked the hotel. It has a great location. I didn’t have breakfast, but it smelled very tasty when I walked past. The room is spacious. Quiet. Bathrobe and accessories are available in the room. We were greeted with a plate of fruit. Cleaning and preparation of the room before bedtime is available. There is a swimming pool.
