This was a nice place to stop and recharge after four weeks in Italy. Malina the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was well equipped and located near the famous mall and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I come to this hotel very often for work, we have a great time especially due to the presence of Mrs. Anna Curci who overwhelms us at the breakfast buffet. Super kind, polite and always with a smile.❤️. They should only hire people like this. Sabina Argiolas

Business hotel located just outside the outlet which looks good, modern and clean. However, when you open the room door you notice a great superficiality in the attention to the customer. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but there was no toilet paper in my room, there was a rubbish bin with a broken lid, an open tissue box completely empty and the shampoo dispenser in the shower completely empty. I made a request at reception and they told me they would take care of it. In reality, all they did was hand me a roll of toilet paper, everything else remained as I found it. Given the category and type of customers who frequent the hotel, I would have expected much more prompt and effective reactivity and customer care.

Modern hotel, off the highway. It is a typical purely business hotel with large rooms, good parking just a stone's throw from the motorway exit. For the type of choice I made (work) it is excellent.

Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un leggero odore di fogna. Il bagno cieco senza aerazione quindi abbiamo dovuto far uscire il vapore della doccia in camera e poi aprire la finestra della camera per far entrare l aria, nonostante fuori facesse abbastsnza fresco. impossibile fare il bidet. solo acqua fredda. Girando il miscelatore su acqua calda l'acqua smetteva completamente di arrivare.forse per questo gli asciugamani oer il bidet mancavano???? Nessuna scelta del cuscino. ce n'era uno solo a testa, piuttosto basso e il materasso a molle abbastanza scomodo che ci ha fatto venire mal di schiena. Considerando che uno va in albergo per dormire... frigo bar vuoto complettamente.. nemmeno una bottiglietta d acqua. uno dei due sgabelli della camera rotto.... ho rischiato di andare a terra. Avremmo voluto far presente Tutto questo alla reception la mattina dopo al momento del check up ma quasi non siamo stati nemmeno salutati in quanto il personale troppo impegnato con un pullman in partenza. nessuno ci ho chiesto come ci siamo trovati come di solito succede spesso negli altri alberghi Quindi abbiamo deciso di lasciar perdere. mi chiedo per cosa hanno dato 4 stelle a, questo albergo... due e mezzo o tre sarebbero piu che sufficiente.. per me è da evitare

Hotel bonito, tranquilo y moderno, pero ahí queda la cosa. Muy descuidado, suciedad en todas partes, carece de personal, suficiente, a la hora de cenar, habitaciones descuidadas, no hay ni un vaso, ni siquiera de plástico, para poder enjuagarte la boca, mini bar vacío, escasez de papel higiénico, almohadas demasiado bajas, un balcón inaccessible. Cena muy pobre, desayuno regular, el poco personal amable y correcto. Nada recomendable
