This was a nice place to stop and recharge after four weeks in Italy. Malina the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was well equipped and located near the famous mall and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet and modern hotel, but that's the problem. Very neglected, dirt everywhere, lack of staff, enough, at dinner time, unkempt rooms, there is not even a glass, not even a plastic one, to rinse your mouth, empty mini bar, lack of toilet paper, pillows too low, an inaccessible balcony. Very poor dinner, average breakfast, few friendly and correct staff. Not at all recommendable.

Dirty hotel, small and poorly maintained rooms. Restaurant at dinner was the worst. Breakfast was average. Little toilet paper. Very thin pillows. I would never go back. Mini bar and no water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience.

I come to this hotel very often for work, we have a great time especially due to the presence of Mrs. Anna Curci who overwhelms us at the breakfast buffet. Super kind, polite and always with a smile.❤️. They should only hire people like this. Sabina Argiolas

Business hotel located just outside the outlet which looks good, modern and clean. However, when you open the room door you notice a great superficiality in the attention to the customer. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but there was no toilet paper in my room, there was a rubbish bin with a broken lid, an open tissue box completely empty and the shampoo dispenser in the shower completely empty. I made a request at reception and they told me they would take care of it. In reality, all they did was hand me a roll of toilet paper, everything else remained as I found it. Given the category and type of customers who frequent the hotel, I would have expected much more prompt and effective reactivity and customer care.

Modern hotel, off the highway. It is a typical purely business hotel with large rooms, good parking just a stone's throw from the motorway exit. For the type of choice I made (work) it is excellent.

Ho vissuto un’esperienza ai limiti del surreale nell’unica notte trascorsa in questo “hotel” per lavoro. Tratto in inganno dalle recensioni semi-positive su Booking, decido di pernottare una notte in questo albergo. Posizione comoda all’uscita dell’autostrada, ma location horror. Arrivato intorno alle 22, faccio il check in, salgo nella stanza riservarami (una doppia a uso singolo molto piccola) e da qua inizia il cinema. Partiamo dal fatto che c’era la finestra che dava sul balcone, a cui era stata tolta la maniglia per non permettere di uscire sul balcone. Sporco per terra e una CIMICE in stanza (allego foto). Ma poi arriva il colmo, apro il frigo bar che è completamente vuoto.. scendo in reception per acquistare una bottiglia d’acqua e mi dicono che.. NON NE HANNO! Nonostante io veda e indichi al receptionist che, subito dietro la reception erano presenti delle cassette d’acqua, il ragazzo mi dice che la direzione non gli ha autorizzato la vendita alla clientela. Per favore, declassate questo scempio perche 4 stelle sono una frode all’intelligenza delle persone.

Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un leggero odore di fogna. Il bagno cieco senza aerazione quindi abbiamo dovuto far uscire il vapore della doccia in camera e poi aprire la finestra della camera per far entrare l aria, nonostante fuori facesse abbastsnza fresco. impossibile fare il bidet. solo acqua fredda. Girando il miscelatore su acqua calda l'acqua smetteva completamente di arrivare.forse per questo gli asciugamani oer il bidet mancavano???? Nessuna scelta del cuscino. ce n'era uno solo a testa, piuttosto basso e il materasso a molle abbastanza scomodo che ci ha fatto venire mal di schiena. Considerando che uno va in albergo per dormire... frigo bar vuoto complettamente.. nemmeno una bottiglietta d acqua. uno dei due sgabelli della camera rotto.... ho rischiato di andare a terra. Avremmo voluto far presente Tutto questo alla reception la mattina dopo al momento del check up ma quasi non siamo stati nemmeno salutati in quanto il personale troppo impegnato con un pullman in partenza. nessuno ci ho chiesto come ci siamo trovati come di solito succede spesso negli altri alberghi Quindi abbiamo deciso di lasciar perdere. mi chiedo per cosa hanno dato 4 stelle a, questo albergo... due e mezzo o tre sarebbero piu che sufficiente.. per me è da evitare
