It was priced well (going through trip.com was half the price of booking direct...AND the hotel told me NOT to book through another company as they might not honor the Rez!?!?!?!?)
It is an old tired lady. The bathroom was disgusting....The shower clogged with hair and didnt drain. the bed was lumpy and the heat was either a blast or not at all so I chose not at all. Took about 20 minuets to get the room heated up.
Felt like a cheap hotel 6. That said, all the newer hotels are twice the price. For a quick overnight it was fine

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. There are churches and other places to go around. It is within walking distance of the railway station and supermarket. There are also restaurants nearby, and it is not far from New Haven and New York.

This is a nice hotel as base for exploring towns in Connecticut as Myystic etc are way overpriced. The front desk is very informative on local restaurants.

The hotel lobby looks fine. But, my room is not clean. There is dust on coffee maker, furniture and on the floor. Hairs are on bathroom floor.

The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and included real glasses and coffee cups!. We loved the decor of the hotel’s lobby and bar/restaurant — clearly the best of a by-gone era. Denise at the bar was friendly and efficient and made our dining enjoyable. The salads are enormous and really good!

I appreciate the staff, always welcoming. Irvin was especially helpful and accommodating to my business needs.
I appreciate the quality of my rooms, when I stay at the Norwalk Inn. The restaurant area was clean, the service was on point. The bartender was very kind, beautiful smile and accommodating as well. I am always very pleased when I get the service I give and that is quality!!!
If I had to tweak anything, it would be to have a restaurant menu in the rooms, especially since you have room service.
All in all, your establishment is lovely!

The heat was problematic. When I went out the heat would drop by 10-12 degrees and take hours to warm up again.
