1st the rooms ate very clean, the hotel is spotless. Some issues. The hotel states its dog friendly, this is true, but it's not clear on their website that not all rooms are dog friendly, so the superior room we had booked was downgraded, and a £20 fee added as a charge for the dog. If you are dog friendly then make sure you fully reflect this in the website. Evening meal in the restaurant, the staff were very friendly and efficient. It would appear that the full online menu is not available in the restaurant , a cut down version. Ok. We were advised that the Thai Green Curry was not available. Ok. We ordered, soon afterwards, we were advised that the beer battered onion rings was also off the menu. Hmm, so every is not freshly cooked, but pulled out of the freezer. Even an average chef could manage to produce a batter and cook onion rings, not difficult . Right, the room, is fine, but no ability to regulate the heat, reduced opening on the windows, didn't help. Right, breakfast. We arrived at 8:40, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were taken to a table. The staff appeared to be totality uninterested. We went to the buffet bar, no eggs, asked and were advised they were cooked to order. So we ordered two poached eggs and two fried eggs. No. They can't do fried eggs, only poached or scrambled. That confirms that nothing is actually cooked. No eggs, are they being serious? The scrambled arrived it appear to be swimming in some liquid, not pleasant. Right the cold buffet bar looked poor, the yoghurt was empty. No white bread to toast. The staff were not bothered to ask if we wanted our coffee topping up. At precisely 9:00 AM the staff kicked into action and cleared the hot food. I asked when did they stop serving, they answered 9:30, but they cleared everything away at 9:00. Paying customers who turned up after 9 looked dismayed at the empty hot buffet. The uninterested stsff had to go and get the food from the kitchen .I've stayed in a large number of hotels ranging from guest houses to 5 star, but have never seen such poor attitude at breakfast, a failure to fry an egg. Needs looking at..

The hotel is located in the center of STOCKTON HEATH, and there are 3 supermarkets within 2mins. The landlord PAUL's breakfast was really made with heart and super delicious. The room is simple, the view outside the top window is first-class, and the overall price is very high.

I had the most delightful dining experience at your restaurant, all thanks to Connor's exceptional table service! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout the meal, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. His recommendations were spot-on, and he even surprised me with a complimentary dessert that was simply divine! Connor's professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated my evening. I can't wait to return and enjoy his impeccable service again. Kudos to Connor and the entire staff for creating a memorable dining experience!

The room was very comfortable, clean, the decoration was excellent, and the owner was very friendly, courteous and friendly. I like it very much and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Coming to Warrington, this hotel is pretty good, with free parking. And the waiter's attitude is very good. There are also restaurants. There is also a separate cabin where you can cook. It was just that the outside room had insufficient heating and insufficient water. Everything else is perfectly fine.

Really lovely reception area, staff were great during book in, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. Just what we wanted for our one night stay. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant as was with my 12 year old Son but the menu looked excellent and the bar area looked pleasant. Plenty of nice flat car parking spaces. Would definitely visit again!

The stay was on my way to Manchester airport. The heater in my first room was not working, but they moved me to another room All was OK with the 2nd room, until I went to use the shower. The head was not working, in as much as it was like using a tap. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend it, despite the 2 minor issues.

Noisy outside so ask for a room at back. Bath is tiny and I’m only 5’2 and had to prop legs up. Also had to give it a wipe down first as other people’s hair all over bath. Rest of room was basic and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming

Stayed overnight for a wedding, we were told by the bride ( who had sorted this with the place )that we could get early access to 1 of our rooms as we had little ones with us,went to reception and told no it's not on the system, when double checked with the bride we went back to reception to try again and still arguing that we hadn't , then got told the girl who sorted it had left their employment, took a while we managed to get a room sorted but arguing was a pain with tired kids. 2 bar staff for around 100 guest is not great, especially when 1 of them was just chatting away while the other bartender kept working, room was ok could do with sprucing up a bit as it looked tired ( especially for £200 per night at discounted wedding rate ). The next morning, we went for breakfast at 9.15am, which we sorted the day before when we checked in and had witnesses to we were told we missed our time as they said it was 8.15am. Again, arguing with us instead of admitting they were wrong and just sorting it, they had to be awkward for a bit. I would not recommend this place for the money you pay. P.s. The staff could do with smiling a bit more and look like they are enjoying their job instead of walking around looking miserable.
