I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and friendliness of your staff during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the room was not only pleasant but also remarkably soundproof, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. I especially appreciated being able to open the windows for a quick breath of fresh air. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings, including the wonderful vegan options provided. It made my mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Northampton Town Centre Hotel made my visit to Northampton truly memorable. I can confidently say that the next time I'm in the area, I will make it a point to stay at your hotel again. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality.

The room was super clean and the hotel was very well situated in the heart of Northampton

It was a nice place, the house keeping felt like evicting us., came knocking by 8:30am. Otherwise good.

There was a mix up with the booking which was a little incomvenient and took several calls to resolve it

Highly recommend this hotel Facilities: When we stayed, it was still under construction. The bar was not open yet. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The leisure and office areas were very good The hotel breakfast was very rich The environment was spacious, clean and hygienic There are many supermarkets and restaurants around, with many choices and a good location! It is quiet and lively, I like it!

Rich breakfast, comfortable room

We've been staying here for our annual trip to Northampton for years and have always found the hotel wonderful. Thankfully its still as good with the new owners.

Love this hotel, definitely the best in the centre of Weymouth. Been coming for years. Was apprehensive as recently taken over by Accor , but everything was still the same, with nice friendly staff who have been there for a long time, which was good. Slightly disappointed with breakfast, fried eggs were too dry, and overall just not as nice, but glad to see they still had berries, granola and lovely thick yoghurt. The hotel is smart ame comfy and still in really good condition, so not sure if the upcoming refurbishment is really needed, but I guess they want to put their own stamp and brand in place. Just please don’t change the breakfast too much!

Great stay in Northampton. You can see that the hotel is being renovated and we're sure it be even nicer when all the work is done. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was freezing cold when we got in the room and took a while to heat up after we put the heating on. The water wasn't very hot the following morning for showering - two luke warm showers. There was NO shampoo at all in the bottle. Just a well I took a travel one. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows per person and a throw/blanket on the bed as it was so cold to begin with. Breakfast was good and worth the money.

Arrived at busy check-in, & manager stepped in to support reception staff which was appreciated. All areas clean & well maintained. Room quiet, modern & comfortable. Bathroom very good - hot water in shower = instant!

Great stay at this hotel for a fantastic evening event. All staff were friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. Food and drink was great. The breakfast outstanding. Also good location Definitely recommend

I liked the breakfast and rooms were adequately equipped with comfortable beds. Didn't like paying to park. Should be free for hotel guests.
