North Lombok Regency Hotels with Airport pickup service

The breakfast was a disappointment, the first buffet night we loved and booked for another night. The next night was the breakfast ‘a la carte', and we paid exactly the same value. The reason is that they did not make buffets when they had less than 30 guests, and only when we eat were about 25 people at the table... That's great! We would be back.

We arrived before sunset and we were sat outside we had awesome cocktails during happy hour then beautiful small plates to share. Location was superb service was excellent and food really tasty. The sunset delivered and the beach club and pool downstairs seemed to be doing a good business. You need to pay entry and then it gets taken off the bill but it was worth it.

Good hotel to stay in GILI TRAWANGAN♥️ All the staff are friendly, my goodness, there is no medicine! Want to repeat. The food is really good and tiktop for breakfast. Housekeeping is very thorough with all the dirt. Only the bidet is a bit lacking, because the water is small. But overall, very tiptoppppppoooooop♥️ #hotelmarc #gilitrawangan

We had a great time in Bel Air resort! We arrived very spontaneously as we decided to stay longer on the beautiful Gili Air island. The other hotel we stayed (but did not have a room available for the next days) recommended this hotel. I can understand why, staff is super friendly and really go above and beyond. Room was clean and nice and the pool was clean too which seems an exception on Gili air. Will come again and recommend to others!

If you're an Indian traveling to Gili avoid this hotel at any cost. They will give you the worst rooms where doors won't lock, AC won't work and they won't fix it no matter how many times you ask them. The staff will behave rudely to you and treat white people nicely even when you are giving them same amount of money. When you want to reach your ferry on time to leave from Gili, no matter how many times you ask them they won't help you. The horse carts won't come because they will tell you only hotel can call us. Even if you make them talk to the receptionist they will ask them to not come. They will make your life a living hell just because of your skin color but they will bend over backwards for the white person next to you. So please avoid this hotel at any cost. Had the worst travel experience of my life with this ****** hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s situated close to the ferry port but it’s easy to get around; I was able to rent a bicycle very easily and the staff were very helpful when I wanted to book a snorkelling trip to the statues.

They gave us a Villa!! The place is pretty new, they just celebrated their first year. The staff is super! Internet was not too good at the Villa, but in the public areas, it was. The shower and the bed were amazing! The pool and the beach were awesome! Recommended!

A wonderful restful 2 night stay at this quaint hotel. The room was very clean with a very comfy king size bed and good pillows. It has a bar fridge which was very handy and also a kettle for tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect. The bathroom was clean with reasonable water pressure and hot water was reliable. Towels were clean and fresh. Swimming pool is large and great to refresh and do laps. Staff were incredibly attentive and were are standby for any requests. The cafe served really good food. Beach is across the road and great for sunset. Only thing this hotel needs is a bit more colour other wise a great stay. All in all good value for money. Thank you to all staff and management I will be back 🙏

Hi, Mika from South Africa, what a wonderful Resort this is, from the people, to the grounds, restaurant, everything was simply stunning. Fresh salt water pool added to the experience, right on the beach literally, dining with the ocean in front of you. The staff employed at Jambuluwuk Oceano, need the utmost praise, Maria - restaurant, Rayyan -gener, Putri & Ayu - spa, Hassan, Abi, Hartawan - reception, Abdul if im not mistaken - they were amazing, also the others who always had a genuine smile:-) Food was good, cocktails delicious, worth all the saving up before arriving, the rooms were spotless, and needed abit more cupboard space, shower was hot. Drain smell needs abit of attention, but other than that nothing to fault, the staff when requested to attend to something were timeous, despite using bicycles. Did not enjoy the sight of the poor horses slaving away in the sun, perhaps a shuttle just for the resort side, one the main road stretch can be considered. . . The environment around the hotel is not very good. There are shabby wastelands around and garbage can be seen everywhere on the road. There is a dirt road at the door and it is quite dusty. The tourist experience is not good! The hotel is relatively new and the service is good, except that the waiter's English is not very good and it is not easy to communicate. The small refrigerator in the room was not cooling and was making a lot of noise, so I had to simply unplug it. I didn't dare to go down into the swimming pool. The water looked a little green and didn't feel very clean. It is recommended that the swimming pool be cleaned and disinfected regularly, otherwise swimming tourists may easily suffer from gastrointestinal diseases.
