Room was clean, location wise a bit far from the city center. This hotel is good for business traveler but not really recommended for staycation.

I love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month. The staffs here very polite and helpful. We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax. Wide range selection of breakfast menu. Love it.

The preferred hotel for business trips in Balikpapan. The Guangzhou restaurant on the first floor has Chinese food, but it is a bit expensive, but acceptable. Laundry in this hotel costs money, and the cost is not low. Hotels in Jakarta do laundry for free.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is average. The quality of the service staff is relatively high, and there is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor.
