Great location by the river close to restaurants and cafes but away from the hectic Hastings St. Nice apartment with big balcony (we stayed in the 3 bedroom, river view). Pools were nice, good to use the sauna and the reception staff were very friendly. Would stay again when back in Noosa. Thank you :)

Excellent Resort. 3 pools ,2 spas, Sauna. Close to Noosa river and grest Restaurants. Managers are friendly and always on hand if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Ground Floor Units are great for older people and kids (no dragging everything up and down the stairs). Will definately be back

We had a great stay in # 17 which was nice and quiet. Great tropical gardens and pools. The kids loved it. Michelle is really nice. Her husband does the chores and handy work and is really friendly as well. (Thanks for the sand paper for the adapter by the way, it worked!!! With a little help from a knife ) We went surfing at Noosa Heads Main Beach (the western part by Laguna Grove, where it’s easiest to find a parking spot), which is absolutely brilliant for beginners. You can hire surf boards on the beach).

Huge modern room, well appointed and spotlessly clean, easily enough space for a family of four to relax, easy walk to lots of restaurants cafes and bars. Multiple barbecues and outdoor spaces near all the pools. Office was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Just had a lovely week with the kids at Noosa Outrigger, The apartment was very modern and spacious and overlooked one of the beautiful lagoon pools. The kids loved the 3 pools, 2 were heated with hot spas. The resort is very well kept, beautiful tropical gardens, and very spread out around the 3 pools so plenty of different areas to enjoy . The location is great, with the Noosa River Foreshore right at your front door, and many great restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back!!

The resort is in a great location - close to the river and lovely eateries with easy parking onsite. The apartment we had was on the ground floor so was quite shaded but easy access to the pools. Three pools, all felt warm - one is deep but the others have a gradual entry so better for little kids. A short drive to noosaville shops and beach. Good size living / kitchen area for hanging out too. We really enjoyed our time here.

Nice clean, spacious apartment and close to all eateries which were within walking distance. Lovely pool and spa. Lots of lovely bird life with all the palms and plants. A great place for families to get away to.

We had a lovely three bedroom apartment. Well appointed and a great location near restaurants and shops. However the constant noise for maintenance spoilt our holiday. It was impossible to relax with gardeners, handymen and worst of all high pressure water cleaning. Ear splitting and very annoying both around the pool and on the balconies. This needs a better solution. Strong smell of fertiliser topped it off. A pity and not an option again sadly.

The place could be amazing if the owners invested some money and effort. Charge a fortune and clearly reinvest zero. We ended up leaving a day early (reception advised very curtly ‘we wouldn’t be getting any money back’) to get a decent sleep at the airport hotel before our flight home. The list of issues is long… Air conditioning is horrendous. It’s freezing in some rooms and hot in others. Turns itself off randomly - including in the middle of the night which sucks, nobody likes waking up sweating at 2am. No fly screens so you can’t even open up for the breeze without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. Beds uncomfortably hard. Broken outdoor furniture is unsafe to sit on but the ‘water view’ is actually non-existent so we didn’t bother going out more than once. Balconies overlook the bins and another roof. Ceiling fans broken and noisy. Can’t run the one fan that does work while the light over the kitchen bench is on - or you risk a seizure because it creates a strobe. No ensuite (second bathroom is a powder room and downstairs from all three bedrooms which isn’t great for little kids or elderly family - we had both). Blinds broken so you will be woken at dawn EVERY MORNING, which is kind of irrelevant given the garbage trucks emptied the bins of the surrounding restaurants at dawn EVERY day of our week long stay. Not enough pots and pans (or anything) in the kitchen to actually cook. No salt and pepper in the grinders. No knives in the knife block. Coffee machine but no pods. No service of room but only two sachets of washing powder for a week. No dishwasher tablets - two sachets for a week in a three bedroom apartment. Insufficient towels - and none at all for swimming. Insufficient toilet paper for a family for a week. Dirty - kitchen full of grimy items, found old medication and rubbish under the bedside tables. Certainly not convinced it was cleared to a COVID safe standard. Soap dispenser with no soap in it. Filthy toilet brush. Wouldn’t touch it. Owner arrived midway through trip expecting to park in front of the garage (the sort-of half a spot in the driveway allocated for a three bedroom apartment) to dump stuff in the garage (which would have been good to have the use of). On the subject of parking, the outdoor park has been sub-let and the double garage is being used by owner so we had to park $250,000 worth of cars on the street. Even though the website says the hotel has undercover car parking!!! No wardrobe in master or queen room. No televisions in bedrooms. Broken clock on the wall in the kitchen - actually super annoying when you are on holidays and not wearing a watch!

We spent 4 nights here. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Michelle at reception was friendly, efficient and always willing to help. The apartment is not cheap, but one does get good value for money.
