Guests appreciate the comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. The proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants is highlighted. The staff's exceptional friendliness and customer service are praised.

Pros: - located near the beach (just cross the street and you're there) - comfortable matress - friendly and helpfull staff - grand cafe has very good food - ligging tov het strand (straat over en je bent er, heerlijk!) Cons: - extremely noisy. Could literally understand what was said at the other end of the hall, you can hear it when somebody walks the stairs, the water from the room next door runs through the wall behind the bed. Did not sleep very well because of this. never experienced this on this level before. - room remains very light, also because there is a window in the bathroom door and the bathroom has no black out curtain. - drain in the shower was clogged. Rated moderate because the pros cancelled out the cons, but if you want to have a good and quiet sleep and like to sleep in don't go here. If you fo there, please be considerate of your neigbours and don't slam the doors in the middel of the night and at 6AM (I am talking to you, next door neighbour...)
