The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. All equipment available and well stocked. With the extreme heat it would have been nice to have a better fan as the room was hot and stuffy.

This place is one big mess. We got our key for the room, and we went inside “our room” somebody elses stuff was there! The reception was closed, so we called the hotel but NOBODY answered. There was three others who also couldn’t get their key to work. Appart City Niort don’t care and won’t even apologise.

Clean, friendly welcome, were able to park motorcycle for free at side of entrance which was handy. Pleasant eating area for breakfast with plenty of choice. Basic room with limited kitchen facilities but useful.

Très bien situé,chambre spacieuse,climatisé,bon séjour. Super château.trés beau centre ville village de caractère Coulon ect.....la gare était bien situé,musée,les halles et ses saveurs,les anciens ponts,les jardins de la bréche,les stations de bus. Le bon accueil,l'esplanade des restaurants pour sortir le soir

Très bonne prestation, accueil sympathique, avec un personnel compétent et à votre écoute, la chambre est spacieuse avec un coin kitchenette très propre et très calme. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Je recommande. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

La chambre est spacieuse avec un coin cuisine très pratique. C'est propre. Pas de climatisation. Bien placé très proche du centre. Le bémol principal : le parking n'est pas attenant. Nous avons eu un tarif spécial au parking municipal mais ce n'est pas pratique avec les bagages. De plus, le matelas est trop dur.

Gentillesse du personnel, chambre spacieuse, prix très correct et petit déjeuner copieux. Après avoir été éjectée d’un hôtel à quelque pas du vôtre du à ma couleur de peau, j’ai été accueillie chez vous (c’était déjà la deuxième fois dans votre hôtel) par une réceptionniste tout à fait à l’écoute et qui m’a très bien accueillie. Toutes les personnes qui travaillent la bas étaient super. Chambre confortable pour un ci petit prix. Rien à ajouter, merci beaucoup.
