First of all, the service is great. The room is clean and new, revealing traces of careful cleaning, making people feel safe and comfortable. The most touching thing is that the hotel service can quickly solve any problems encountered. Because of my own reasons, I have been suffering from insomnia recently and fell asleep very late. In the morning, the curtains in the room leaked some light and I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk to ask if there was any way to solve it. The front desk said that they would either send me an eye mask or change the room. I didn't think it would work. I asked the front desk if there was any other way. The front desk said that I could listen to some sleep-aiding music. She often listened to it herself, so I tried to listen to it, and I slept very soundly. After checking out, the front desk asked me how I slept. I heard the voice and it was the front desk in the morning. Then she said that those who stayed here could help comment on it, so of course I was very willing to comment on her. I saw her name on her work badge. Thank you very much, Sister Xiao Peng, very considerate. It was a pleasant and unforgettable accommodation experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is OK, about 1.8 km from Hankyu. There is also a Ningbo Cultural Plaza nearby, which is quite lively. There was a night market when I went there. The hotel room is large and the hygiene is OK, but the network is very poor. The front desk explained that the network is not good because there are too many people. The most complaining thing is that the hot water ran out halfway through the shower. I called the front desk and they said it would take an hour to get hot water. I really caught a cold. It's terrible. The room rate of 830 per night is really not worth it.

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. - Location : Prime location , close to major shopping and dining - Transport access : Though it’s right on yaohang st., but car does not reach the hotel. You need to drop on the main road or in front of Westing and Walk to the hotel. - Breakfast : A wide selection of local and international food options. - Rooms : Very spacious and comfortable rooms . - Amenities : All standard amenities are provided. - Extra perks : Best in town - They offer you wash and iron of your laundry at zero cost. The hotel also offers some bean soup desert in the evening and goody bags with water bottle , tissues and wet wipes . The staffs goes extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which offsets the few short Cummings. . I will certainly come back .

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

The location is superb. Very easy to get around. The staffs we’re friendly. The room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The magician like design was amazing and it is a magical place for selfie ! It is worth to come with friends and share a fantastic moment together.  It took me around 1 hour to explore different areas and took photos. The room was European style and spacious,  you can enjoy the beautiful scene nearby.   The design of your room door is a book shelf that you need to find which book you tab the key card to open the door. No worries the beautiful staff will teach you.  Compliments to the nice female staff who help me to store the suitcases after check out.

The best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. My family likes this hotel and plan to stay again.
