Last year I stayed with my husband and I like the room without carpet and no smoking smell in the room. I felt it was clean. This year i have a room with carpet and the strongly smoking smell. I feel it is not clean. I intended to request to change , but it is rather late at night so I did dot. Hope the staff give the guest the right room when I booked non- smoking room.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. Booked this hotel for a concert, very close to the subway station, 3 minutes walk. Tianyi Square and Yidadao are basically on both sides, so it couldn't be more convenient to go out for a bite to eat or a walk. The front desk was very friendly and directly upgraded to a bathtub suite. The hotel was renovated less than a year ago and the overall quality is very new. The breakfast quality is also very good. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in recently!
