It’s a no frills place. If staying here for a short time period like a day or two then no problems. But if staying longer, best to find another place. It’s close to the city centre (Tianyi Square) via subway (three stops) and close to shopping malls (less than 10 mins walks).

The service is very friendly and they treat passengers with a smile even though they work 12 hours a day! It's close to the subway and very convenient to go anywhere. The bus stop is right at the door and the price is cheap.
