Super nice location, wonderful apartment and very clean. It also has a free parking. Their smart Television also has mirroring option from my phone and basically I had everything I needed on that apartment. It is a 2min walk to Starbucks and To the main coffee shops of Nicosia. Must try and great value for money

Mini Art House is a true gem! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. It’s cozy, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything and I can’t wait to return!

This one bed apartment was in a great location and had everything you could want/need for a short stay in Nicosia. The host was very helpful. Just we forgot to book parking with initial booking so couldn’t park on the property but the road opposite offered paid parking only payable during peak times and there was all day parking around the corner

Coming back to an apartment that has everything, and wonderful kind and caring hosts is a big bonus when you have to come to Nicosia 3 to 4 times a year, we would not stay anywhere else, it is spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect in every way. We only stay for 2 nights each time but we would not hesitate to stay longer if we could, we stay in Apartment 6 and we highly recommend it.

This was our second stay in this wonderful apartment. It has everything you need for a long or short stay, very comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 people. Easy access to shopping area & old town too. Owners are helpful & keep in touch to make sure all is ok.

The ambiance of the place as soon as you walk through the door is so peaceful. It is modern, clean and everything was functional. Walking distance to the office and to the centre. Restaurants and shop close by, i thought i could ask for no more, Surprise!! The landlord takes her business to a personal level, checking that everything is as to be expected. In ten days, the apartment was cleaned twice, she even washed my pan :) I would not consider going anywhere else when i come back to Nicosia. Truly a wonderful experience, a home away from home. Congratulations
