We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this place and one thing is safe , we will come back if he has a good concert at the Allianz !

Super location within walking distance to just about everything. Nice acknowledgment of platinum IHG status by getting upgraded to 7th floor executive room with what sounds like more space than a standard. Beautiful view of Nice’s architecture. Appreciated the bathrobes! Even an iron with ironing board. Windows opened for plenty of fresh air. Hotel seemed full but was never overly busy, especially elevators. Front desk staff very helpful. A big terrace at the front of the hotel has a good combo of shade/sun. Guests can have breakfast, lunch (i think) or drinks out there, tho dinner was not being served while we were visiting. Our only suggestion is to offer 2 standard levels of breakfast; the 20-euro buffet gets to be a bit much if staying for several days. We asked for a coffee and croissant option which the dining staff agreed to give us for 10 euros apiece. But it would be more comfortable to have a standard continental breakfast offered that didn’t need to be negotiated. We don’t need so many calories at breakfast!

Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.

THE ROOM: spacious and had not only a good bed but room enough to walk around and open a suitcase. There was a desk area by the window and a small sitting area with a bench by the head of the bed. The room was modern and clean and smelled lovely. It was theoretically quiet as it was facing towards the back of the building but the windows have to remain shut as some guests might come and smoke and chat on the terrace (it admittedly happened only once and until someone shouted at them to go to their room). The main problem was some rather loud and repetitive structural sound, was loud enough to wake me. At first I thought that the upstair neighbours were moving a piece of furniture every 2 minutes but it made little sense. I concluded that it was one of the elevators that had some sort of issue and emitted the sound of a dying whale from early in the morning until late into the night. THE STAFF: the staff was friendly and helpful. However, be aware that you will be charged 10 euros to get into your room if you arrive at the hotel before 15:00 and your room is ready. You will be charged 5 euros to leave a suitcase in storage after 10:00 on the day of your departure. You also have to book and pay for a maid to come and change your towels and empty your bin. The hotel was pleasant and affordable but I have never had to pay for these kind of services in any hotel I have stayed at.

Original booking was end May 2020. Although my booking was made with a no cancellation policy, I contacted the hotel directly and was assisted by Nadia, (sorry don't know her surname), in moving my booking to October 2020. She was extremely helpful. The reply to my emails were super efficient and understanding. If this is the standard of service my family can expect we are very much looking forward to our stay at this hotel. Nadia is a credit to your organisation during what are very uncertain and challenging times I wish to thank her for all her efforts.

I found this hotel because we were bringing our cat on this trip and it is listed as pet friendly. It is a bit far from the city center but if you have a car, it’s only 15 minutes drive to the Promenade des Anglais. The room is beautiful (Gatsby feel) and when we arrived, the sofa bed was already nicely prepared for my kids (10 and 16 years old). Everything was very comfortable. In the morning it was raining really hard, so we asked if we could have breakfast, despite not asking for it the day before. They did their best to accommodate us with a complete breakfast. Staffs were very friendly. Parking is convenient. My cat is happy. All in all, I really love this place.

Very pleasant stay in excellent location, right by the sea and close to nice restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent , overlooking the port, if you have not selected a sea-view room. Staff was very nice, starting with being very helpful when making the reservation. It is a three star hotel and a very good choice in that category. There is a pool for the warmer months! My main criteria for a hotel is if I would like to return, and that is definitely the case here.

The value of sustainability is exactly right there. There is everything you need but not too much of it.  Except from the promising perspective, there is enough of it. The view from the roof terrace is amazingly beautiful I saw the sunrise there. The free parking were our rescue for our broken car that needed a new battery. After a very good breakfast for nine euros we then collected new power and repaired the car. I would like to go back there at any time. Specially recommending is the first floor that is free of barrier. The hotel operators are very friendly and professional.

Top hotel. Upgrade offered because the offer described on Trip.com was false. The offer is a superior room of 44m2 and arrived at the hotel this type of room does not exist. At the reception he offered us an upgrade to a superior room with sea view.

NNavigate58632893216We intended to only stay here for its proximity to the airport, as we would be taking a flight to Rome the next day. It also was right next door to Nice’s botanical garden and it’s miniscule Asian museum which we could visit right after we checked in. Unfortunately, that one day expanded to seven because we had everything stolen out of our car ( by gypsies, per the Carabinieri) by the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, including my wife’s portable oxygen concentrator, which we were unable to replace in time to get on the plane to Rome ( airlines will not allow you to fly without one after you have had a doctor certify that you need to use it while flying on the plane ). So instead of spending the next 12 days or so seeing Caserta, Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, etc., we spent more than half of that time just trying to still find a place to purchase a replacement concentrator. It did give us more time to see what this hotel was about. We had two somewhat different rooms, as we kept on extending our stay one or two days at a time and eventually had to switch because the room was booked by someone else. Both rooms had an almost college dorm feel, but that wasn’t bad, just a little minimalist. We got a larger room and it was plenty big, which we needed. It was reasonably bright, with big windows. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was also fairly big and the shower worked well. The second room was very similar, but a little smaller, yet still perfectly adequate for our needs. The TV was a decent size and quality in both rooms. The hotel was newish and in good shape. The staff was young, competent and professional. Mostly friendly, with one jarring episode that temporarily left a bad taste in our mouths. The next day he was fine. Sometimes, you just catch someone at their worst. The location is great for the airport, less so to see the tourist sites. You can take the tram which stops frequently very close to the hotel is cheap and takes maybe 10 minutes to go downtown. A taxi will cost 12-15 euros. What’s the bottom line? It was a perfectly fine stay. No major defects. Certainly if you need a place a to stay overnight before taking a flight out of the airport, this should suit your needs, particularly the large rooms for families, who might enjoy the breakfast ( we did not indulge – we are cheap ). I would probably stay at the Hotel Cote D’Azur, which was better situated for tourism purposes. Just a quick word about Nice. While Nice has a number of places to see, none are overwhelming, including the very good, but much smaller Chagall museum. In fact, the cathedral, the Matisse museum, and the Musée du Palais Lascaris are actually underwhelming. Yet I highly recommend visiting Nice, as it is one of the most pleasant and relaxing places we have ever visited. The walk along the water and the views from up high are lovely. GGuest UserHotel fine, comfortable. Beware of asking them to arrange a taxi to the airport. I asked how much a taxi would be and was told 35 Euros, so asked for a taxi to be booked for the next morning. The ”taxi” was a private operator licensed to work as a taxi, but had no meter. When i asked where the meter was, the driver told me the fare was 40 Euros, this after I'd already got in and we were on our way. Beware of this tactic. Not sure how this is organised, but need to have correct information given before booking.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located one block away from the beach and right in front of a Tramway station, which is very good, since you probably will have to take the tramway (or walk around 20-30 min) to get into the restaurants and the old town. This tramway line is the one that gets into the airport and on the turistical points.
Trip offered a category of room that, according to the hotel staff, does not exist on the hotel (triple bed). I was traveling with a friend and we didn't want to share the same bed.
First, staff didn't want to change our room saying they were complete. After insisting, they found another room with 2 beds, but the AC didn't work fine on this new room.
After the check-in, the staff member forgot to give my passport back. When I asked for it, he said that ”he wanted to keep seeing my picture because I was very pretty” 🙄. Unecessary, embarassing and not funny at all.
Rooms are comfortable enough and correct for a budget hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent and the room that touched us was spacious and comfortable, but very noisy: I was on the first floor and had no curtains: I had only black-out, i.e. we had two options: The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. The room door has no barrier and the wifi is not good and is incompatible with the Iphone, unconceived today, where a large part of the passengers have Iphone. CChanWe chose this place because of the size of the room, I have a wife that likes to bring big a lot of stuff for travelling so we need a room to open the bags. And in Nice, not easy looking for a reasonably priced room for that.
So I had little expectation of the room from the photos, but to my surprise, it was neat, simple and…… nice. It has a carpark nearby and I went to the office of the carpark and paid for 7 days straight up which made it cheaper.
Walk to the city is bearable (18 mins to old town) with a view of the local scene along the way.
The rooftop bar is ok, and with enough drinks, you will get into the mood. The pool is packed in summer with tanning beds close to one another….. ps if you are looking for a tan, go early.

We spent 2 nights there, the location is top, we were able to enjoy the city center and walk around (10min from the Promenade des Anglais).

TTraveller95718Excellent value and service (there is always someone in the reception 24 hours), near the airport, so good location particularly if you arrive late at night. Shower unit can be bigger but was still okay for a person like me who is not small. Room was nicely cleaned. Bed was fine as well as my sleep.
