I stayed for one day early August. There were numerous frustrating things which made me realize that standards had certainly slipped. Very good service, an cozy and wonderful place to live. Definitely recommend it!

I arrived at Niagara Falls early in the morning around 10 AM and requested an early check-in due to my exhaustion from a long journey. Although my room wasn’t ready at the time, Mr. Gill, the owner of the hotel, quickly accommodated me as soon as it became available. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out; during my travels, I have encountered many hotel staff, but he is among the most gracious. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. I didn't have the chance to try breakfast, as I had to leave for Toronto early in the morning, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning if I visit Niagara Falls again!

What a great location. Everything in walking distance. The owners are very nice and the maintenance man was so helpful. The room was clean and smelled good. They are slowly redoing the hotel. Was quite. Breakfast was just simple toast, jam, peanut butter and coffee. We didn’t use the pool but was clean. The outside and lobby area is scary looking but was very happy with our stay. It’s an older building so don’t expect high quality. Down fall- they used queen sheets on our king bed and I did address. No cups or Kleenex in the rooms. We did let the owner aware and she was going to advise staff. I do see this has been on other reviews.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The first was right after the current owners took ownership. The second was mid December 2022. I was so impressed by how much work they had done to improve the rooms. You can really see that they are making an effort to make this a stay that people will tell others about. For the price it's an absolute STEAL. The rooms are clean, if you need anything they are always a phone call away. They deserve your business!

We had tickets for a concert and needed somewhere to stay the night after, so we didn't have to drive back to London in the middle of the night. we booked in at 8 30 pm and went to the concert. Upon returning to the motel we went to bed and around 2 am we started getting bit by bugs. By the time we realized what it was, my husband was so severely bit he had 50 or more bed bug bites all over his back and arms. I am allergic to bites and I had numerous bites on my arms legs and face. We had to leave at 4 am in the night and find a 24 hour drug store to buy antihistamines and bug bite medication. Upon complaining the clerks at the desk told us we had to take it up with the manager during the week so we will not be charged for this experience. If you have to stay somewhere find a different motel this one is in a run down area of town and dirty to say the least and the bed bugs, I killed about 15 on the sheets alone. I was also looked at by the clerk as if I was either drunk or on ***** neither of which was the case. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.
