Stayed 1 night, good service, staff very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Breakfast, front desk, and rooms are all very good, but the last guest in the room may have smoked. The room smells like cigarettes, mainly from the toilet, but it's not a big problem. Although you can't see the waterfall, it's better than hotels around the waterfall. !

Very good hotel with good value for money. Breakfast delivered to the room is very considerate. The location is good, not far from the waterfall, so you can take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the day! It’s just that the hotel’s umbrella needs repairing. It’s turned around and doesn’t keep out the rain.

Very satisfied, the price is cheaper than the hotels I stayed in in the last 20 days, but the service is very good. The breakfast in bed made me very heart-warming. The room is also big and comfortable. Will come again next time.

Close to Niagara Falls, the room was spacious and large. Breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom was great. There are many things to play around

We have always enjoyed our stays at The Sterling Hotel. We love the breakfast, the large rooms, the steam showers and fireplaces in the rooms. We love that it is not directly on the ***** which keeps things quiet. The guest rooms do need a little bit of love and care.

The focus on client satisfaction provided by the staff at this property are beyond any I have experienced! There are so many personal touches provided it makes for a first class experience!

This is my go to hotel when in the Niagara area. I have been coming here for years and I love the way they treat their returning guests. Everything at this hotel is impeccable write down to the breakfast in the morning.. I especially love the AG cuisine restaurant because everything is far to table and Chef Cory does an incredible job with the dishes. Actually blessed to meet him this weekend. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great staff. They were able to answer all our questions. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast in bed is a bonus. Would stay there again.
