Very good & nice.

Nice hotel.

The hotel is relatively simple and does not have many facilities. The location is convenient, with attractions and recreational facilities just opposite. Ten minutes walk to Niagara fall.

The environment is clean and hygienic, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, the attitude of the service staff is good, not far from Niagara falls, I will stay again next time.

Closer to the waterfall, overall quite satisfied!

We have a good experience. The hotel has a great location and everything was really close, you can also walk to the Niagara Falls! So many restaurants and a lot of fun things to do with your family and kids!

Absolutely loved the hotel we stayed in the new renovated rooms the view was stunning Room was super clean hotel is in the perfect location:) 5 star

Hotel is nice, but the elevators are super slow and overly crowded. Took almost 20 minutes before we could get on the elevator to go down to the hotel lobby

A little less on the cleanliness side. Room was warm AC wasn’t working properly. Overall good. Pool and jacuzzi was really nice.

Great experience! The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The only complaint was the view outside the window. It was really dirty and we could barely enjoy the sunset and take pictures because of this. Overall 4/5. But clean the windows please!

This hotel room was very quiet and walkable to where we needed to be. Parking offsite was not convenient but was a short walk. On booking, we were told we could decide on onsite or offsite parking at time of check in….well we didn’t have a choice.

Nice staff. Amazing view of falls from room. Great location. Construction was well communicated and not an issue. Had to exit through back a few times. Towels really small and no coffee in lobby would be only complaint

we’re lucky get room 907 , when we look out the window, Niagara Falls view just in the front of us and it’s so amazing specially at night! The room was big and bed was comfortable! Definitely stay there again in the future!

Our first time staying here. What a great find. Beautiful view of clifton hill attractions and American falls. Clean specious room, beautiful glass door shower. nice pool and hot tub. very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!
