Can be cleaner if there’s no ants everywhere even in the fridge. Please kill the ants house before it gets worse especially in the kitchen. Overall is good just the downside of cleanliness

The air conditioner is hot and the temperature cannot be adjusted.

I stayed in a slightly larger room on the 31st floor with an ocean view. Nha Trang's beach faces east, so you can see the sunrise, not the sunset. The water pressure in the shower and bathtub was fine, and the amenities included soap, toothbrushes, two bottles of water, and instant coffee. Although it is a condotel, the room was cleaned every day. The power outlets are universal. There is a restaurant and a fruit juice shop in the lobby, and a seafood restaurant and Highland Coffee are located outside the facility. There is a pool, gym, and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Dumbbells up to 27.5kg, but there are no power racks or Smith machines. When arranging Google Maps or GRAB Car, use the name Panorama Nha Trang Hotel. It is a condominium hotel, and each room has its own manager, which is why some travel booking sites have different names for the same Panorama. Check-in and check-out are done at the front desk with Panorama written on it. I was able to check in just like at a hotel by showing my Trip.com reservation confirmation and passport. However, I had previously checked with the hotel staff via Trip.com and was told that no deposit was required, but in fact a 200,000 VND deposit was required. A woman who said she was a RIS Panorama staff member spoke to me after checking in, so I guess RIS Panorama is the company that manages the condominium hotel. There are 8 elevators with rooms up to the 39th floor. Depending on the time of day, you may end up with people in wet swimsuits coming back from the beach. The air conditioning in the elevator was weak and muggy, so you need to be patient when it's full. Overall, I was worried about checking in because it was a condominium hotel, but there were no problems, and it was a nice hotel with a good location and beautiful views.

It's good because it's located in the city center. Other than that, the cleanliness, facilities, and service are not that great. The room condition is old and not well maintained, so it's like a motel in a domestic neighborhood, and the water pressure is at a rural level. I stayed at a 5-star hotel for 4 nights and a 0.5-night stay the day before, but there's no comparison. The price difference isn't that big, but other than the location, I definitely don't recommend it!!!

The room is large, the view is stunning, everything in the room matches the photo, the bed is comfortable. The downside is that it is very damp and smells of mold, the pool on the top floor is paid and only until 18-00, then there is a disco, we lived on the 33rd floor, it did not bother us much, friends lived on the 37th - did not sleep all night.

It's a building next to the night market, so it's great for shopping. Of course, it's a great restaurant and massages are all within 10 minutes, so the location was great, but there are times when the elevator arrives late and there are so many people that you can't get on it. The room condition was spacious and clean. 0.5 It was a good place to stay for exploring the city.

Pros: Next to the night market, city center Disadvantages: 1) You have to wait 5 minutes to take the elevator. 2) It is a place where a lot of Vietnamese and Chinese people stay, so it is noisy and crowded. You must stand in line during daytime check-in and check-out times. 3) The shower is broken and the water is blocked on the side. I don't really want to recommend it.

It's absolutely awesome. It's located in the city and the sea is right in front. There is a swimming pool on the 40th and 6th floors, and it is made of transparent glass, so you can see the sea, roads, cars, and houses while swimming. It was even better because I could cook rice too.
