This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast. Except 2 things. First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm.... Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem. And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour. Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!! And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more. Thanks

Приезжали в этот отель в апреле 2023г. Приехали в отель в 10 утра ,сказали заселение в 2 часа,погуляли,пришли в 2 часа,дали номер на 6 этаже . В номере есть чайник,2 бутылки воды, 2 пакетика зеленого чая и 2 пакетика кофе с молоком,пополнялись ежедневно.Есть фен,гель для душа,шампунь,жидкое мыло,бритвенный станок с кремом,ватные палочки,шапочка для душа.Тут в отзывах писали ,что берут 10000 донгов за смену полотенец,это не так,меняют бесплатно,но в конце заезда стали говорить ,что полотенца менять не будут,так как их типа нет и чтоб пользовались теми что есть.Убирались каждый день.Работает русский канал 1ый.Питание в ресторане не такое разнообразное,как мы смотрели на видео других пользователей,но мы голодными не были.Был суп фо,яичница,рис,иногда спагетти с мясом,иногда спрингроллы,которые быстро заканчивались,картофель батат вареный,капуста с овощами,чай,кофе,из фруктов было не более 2 видов. арбуз,бананы,драконий глаз,гуава. Расположение недалеко от моря,2 линия. Недалеко ночной рынок.Ездили сами в I-Resort на источники,такси вызвали на рецепшн,приехало голубое такси по счетчику заплатили 175 донгов в ону сторону. обратно на такси уехали за 130.вывод не заказывайте такси в отеле,лучше выйдите на первую линию и торгуйтесь с таксистами. Возле отеля если выйдите и пройдете немного направо есть остановка автобуса 05-2 ,на нем можно съездить на рынок Чодам.

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. Una menzione particolare alla receptionist giovane ma preparata e con un ottimo livello di inglese

We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach, as well as the breakfast buffet. However, it did feel a little too isolated, as it took a while to get to the mainland, and there was no where to buy food and drinks that were not charged at inflated prices . It would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for the kids. The beach was very clean, and the kids loved the water park. It was the best water park we’ve been to in Asia so far, with many different water slides. The food at the park was good, but the ATM wasn’t working, so I couldn’t draw money to buy much. Make sure you draw money before you go on the island.

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!
