Soho Grand Hotel

My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Soho Grand many times throughout the last year, for both business and personal trips. One of the best parts of our trip each time is the experience we received at checkin with Barrington- this is going all the back prior to May. We were coming up to New York weekly for work and Barrington made our weekly experience amazing. There were several Sundays I was not looking forward to traveling back to New York again, but once we arrived to his welcome and greeting, it genuinely made our day better. We looked forward to seeing him every week - he was nothing but delightful! Fast forward to today - my boyfriend is in New York alone, I am traveling in a different city for work, and I wanted to send him something special when her arrived back to his room tonight. Of course I called Barrington and he, without hesitation, helped me get some dessert and a note sent to his room. He truly makes us feel like family.

I took my daughter to New York Fashion Week and lived here. There are convenience stores on the street corner and the venue is close to the subway. Shopping is very convenient.

The location is very good, within 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping street, there are 3 large supermarkets, drug stores, Starbucks, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, breakfast can be eaten here. There are also several burger restaurants, the most famous being the Shake Shack Main Store. The hotel is good both in service and staying experience. Room 28 is not small, it is much newer than other old hotels, and the layout is good. Will consider staying here next time.

It is a small boutique hotel without breakfast. The interior decoration is ordinary minimalism and the rooms are small, but the hotel is in a good location, at the junction of Soho and Little Italy, close to Chinatown, and there are many very good restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient.

The room is relatively small, it is a bit difficult to turn around if the shower is fat. If you have sleep problems, please be careful: the floor is not soundproof, walking around, listening to the toilet is all real, especially the sound of flushing the toilet. On the floors, the elevators are dim, which is clearly the hue of their pursuit. The floor is not high, so there is no view at all. The room facing the street is noisy. The only bright spot is that it is located in the center of the SOHO area. The subway and dining are more convenient.

For hotels of this grade and price in Manhattan, I feel about the same. Front desk service is ok, warm and efficient.
