It is the best hotel in which I live in New York. Clean and comfortable, nice Indian boss and staff, considerate service.

the position is very good near to the emperir building only 2 streets about walking 5 minites.and the bed is clean and soft.the receptionists are kind and enthusiastic. an excellent experience

We had a lovely stay. The room was excellent, very clean with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel was very close to Empire State, lots of transportation ways including Penn Station. We loved it and definitely will be back again.

Great place for the price and location. Tge personnel is friendly and polite. I recommend this place. Everything is nearby: restaurants, shops, train and bus stations. I traveled with my 6-year-old son, and it was absolutely safe.

Unlike the outdated Manhattan hotel. This Premium Best Western is modern and clean with friendly staff.

Clean, easy to check in/out, close to Manhattan K town. Also provided baggage drop off.

The double room was a bit small, if you are carrying a big luggage there is no space to open it at all. Good thing I was alone, so I had one bed where I an prop my luggage on and open it on the bed. There was also a moldy smell when I entered the room (the toilet is directly where you entered). Also if you get a room next to the lift, you will be able to hear the lift (I was awaken by the lift every night). Note: you will also be able to hear your neighbours if they speak just slightly louder than usual, and when the door slams close it is really loud.

The staffs at front are very kind and friendly! But the heater didn’t work. Everything is ok tho!
