I stayed at Japanese room type so good big space.. with Onsen near MRT station many restaurants around Breakfast so good

There service is quite good,but one thing no good is night time their counter is no body there ,so when U need some help is quite troublesome 😅da room is really big ,we enjoy da hot spring in da room 😉

The hotel is located near a train station and easily accessible by buses. There are convenient stores and eateries around it. The hotel looks a bit old but it is clean and tidy. The bath tub is the key reason for me to pick this hotel. The bath water are from spring and certified by regulators.

My husband and I checked into a room on the 11th floor on April 2nd. On the morning of April 3rd, we experienced a 7.2-magnitude earthquake in Hualien. I just woke up and heard a sound coming from the wall in the bathroom. I never knew that the feeling of an earthquake was so shaking. My whole body shook left and right. Damn, it’s really scary! Fortunately, the hotel building is also strong and no damage was caused. I like that the bathroom is big. Although the hot spring is a beauty hot spring, it doesn't feel very decent. It's great to have two sinks, but maybe because of the design, water often sprays on the body, which is a bit troublesome. The bathtub and toilet are separate. In terms of soundproofing, you can only hear people talking in the isolated room after the earthquake if the next door is louder. In addition, the service staff are also very considerate and helpful. For example, if the hair dryer in the room is broken, they can go to the front desk to provide me with a new one. However, they did not clean the room or remove the trash after staying for four nights. The cleanliness is quite disappointing! After staying here for five days, I didn’t feel too uncomfortable. Instead, I felt relaxed and comfortable. It’s very suitable for a business trip. It's just that there aren't many choices for breakfast, and it's almost unchanged for four days.

Compared with Beitou The hot spring is colorless and odorless, and the beauty hot spring - your skin becomes smoother after soaking in it! Not as convenient as Ximending, but more cost-effective than Ximending - the room is larger, although a bit older. There are few restaurant options nearby, but public transportation is very convenient. The attitude of the service staff needs to be improved - the attitude is relatively casual.

It is close to Tzu Chi Hospital and you can enjoy hot springs in the city. There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and the bathtub is big, but the tables are dusty and cleaning should be improved.

Although it is a long-established hotel, it is well maintained. It is really comfortable to soak in the hot springs. The service staff are very friendly. Although the breakfast is simple, it is filling. I will stay here again next time.

Stayed in a Japanese-style family room. The only drawback is that there are hairs in the gaps. The amount of water in the shower head is too small and it gets hot and cold. The rest is not bad. Remember to park in B2 when parking.
