The room is spacious and looks modern, but as soon as I stepped in with my partner, a putrid smell lurked the rooms.i informed the receptionist about the smell and she just told me that it's the standard smell of all rooms. (Gross) and I then told her, the receptionist, that if she can get me a spray or something to mask the smell. She never came back. Horrible service. Like atleast have the decency to come back. I felt unwelcomed, and ripped off.

Although the room is not big, it is still quite clean. There is a small kitchen where you can buy ingredients to cook. The downside is that the Wi-Fi in the room is really poor, with basically no signal.

It's very nice. The restaurant next to the hotel is also amazing. It was a great experience. I hope to have the opportunity to experience Nelson again next time, it is a quiet and beautiful town.

The hotel is new and clean, with a parking lot, not far from the city center on foot, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, clean and hygienic, the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, the price is not expensive, it is worth patronizing.
