酒店位置很好，周邊很熱鬧，也因為熱鬧，有些混亂，半夜很多喝多酒的人在酒店和周邊轉悠，出差衹住了一天。

The hotel is in a great location, and the surrounding area is very lively. Because of the liveliness, it is a bit chaotic. In the middle of the night, many drunk people were wandering around the hotel and the surrounding area. I only stayed for one day on a business trip.

假日酒店好像去哪裡都差不多，所以也是我喜歡選擇假日酒店的原因，總體性價比不錯

Holiday Inn seems to be pretty much the same everywhere I go, so that’s why I like to choose Holiday Inn. Overall, it’s a good value for money.

I really wanted to rate this hotel highly. However, when I checked in they had a prize wheel for rewards members. I won 5,000 points. 3 days after my stay I called saying I had not received my points and was told I would. 3 days after that I called again and they said the GM would have to sign approval for them. 3 days later I was told the sales executive apologized and would give me 15,000 points as an apology. 3 days later I was then told iHG has to approve them. That's when I knew I was being lied to. IHG doesn't do that. The hotel just pays for them and deposits them. But I was told to wait 7 working days which has now passed and still no points  I've never been so obviously lied too. Sad. What a horrible way to treat a customer.   What a surprise. After a 1 star review I received my 15,000 points 2 days after so I've changed to 2 stars  BTW, I also had to call to get my 500 points for not taking house keeping as they were also never given to me.

Alyssa, Zay, and Harry were awesome! Very kind and helpful!’  Can’t wait to stay here again as we enjoy the offerings of Nashville!  The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right on Broadway and only a few blocks from Bridgestone and the Ryman- 2 of our destinations for this visit. 

Devante Johnson 😀😀😀😀😀😀 Devante was very friendly and very attentive to our comfort. He recommended a few places in Nashville to spend our time and he also suggested several landmarks to visit on our trip.
